Hare Krsna!

Please accept my humble obeissance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Welcome to Krishna College, on-line here at SPI. I am hoping to eventually get it its own link, but have been unable to do so thus far. For now, it will live here under groups. The idea behind Krishna College is to make courses available to anyone  who has an interest in learning more about Krishna Consciousness, without cost. Classes will be taught via pre-recorded video lecture. Comments and questions pertaining to the lecture are invited by all participants. There will be final exam at the end of each course. Once a student has successfully completed a course, he/she will receive a Certificate of Completion for that course. As more courses are added, students will be  able to work towards an Associate Bhakti Sastra or full Bhakti Sastra degree.

The first course to be make available is "Understanding the Bhagavad-Gita". I will post one (roughly) 30 minute lecture per week. If response to the College is promising, I plan to add courses on Mahabharata, Ramayana, Sri Isopanisad, etc. Please let me know what you would like.

Also, at present, I am not only the Dean of the College, but its only instructor. If other devotees would like to teach a course, please contact me with your particulars.

I hope you find this a rewarding endeavour, and wish you luck on your studies.

All glories to guru and guranga.
