Yoga is the buzzword for a healthy body today, as it was for a healthy spirit in the past. So, can it possibly be used as a mantra for healthy relationships as well? The word yoga means wholesome connection. For a spiritualist, yoga is connecting oneself to God by sacrificing one’s focus, time, and energy in meditating on God. The same elements when used incommunication become the yoga for connecting two individuals.Yoga of communication is essentially a combination of three limbs, namely the…See More

Hare Krishna!
My identity is that I am an eternal soul, an infinitesimal part of the Supreme Soul, Lord Krishna. I have come into this material world which is Krishna's separated inferior energy. I am lost in His Maya and am trying to find my connection to Krishna by trying to see Him in the hearts of all beings. The more I remember to see Him in all things, the more I forget my self and connect with Him. I just want to serve Him by serving all whose lives I touch. I would love to follow only two rules of spiritual life - Always Remember Krishna & Never Forget Krishna.
Hare Krishna!

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 4.16 - 4.23

In this section of the Gita, Krishna begins to explains what Karma is, and how one can become free from karma.

Karma is such a complex & confusing term that even wise men are bewildered by what it is.

The nature of every human being is that he consists of two parts. One part is made of Prakriti & the other is made of Purush or Spirit. In short, all of us are constantly befooled, deluded and confused by this…
