I HAD TWO DREAMS, I WISH TO SHARE, Tamohara dasa

I HAD TWO DREAMS, I WISH TO SHARE;

I was at a festival /mela, in India. While helping a lost child find her family, I came upon the Ganga River! I was very happy, it had been years since I had been at the Ganga, and went forward to offer my obeisances into the wet mud of her banks, which had clearly recently overflowed. I felt great joy , and awoke feeling purified and ecstatic.

I was at a large house/Temple, and Srila Prabhupada was coming to visit us! I was temple president. Srila Prabhupada visited our station, the cooks, pujaris, teachers giving class. He asked what time mangala artik was held, etc.
At one point, he was completing his tour, and was to go to his rooms.
I have been little anxious lately, whether my service here online and at SPIRITNET was pleasing and in line with what he wanted. I straight up asked him, "Srila Prabhupada is my service acceptable to you?" He smiled, clearly in ecstasy and told me "Yes!" I offered my obeisances. He did similarly, and then embraced me. He then, while holding that hug, also spoke briefly about his Father, and I took it that he accepted me like a spiritual son, in that same mood, and he was clearly very pleased with spiritnet and my services, and accepted Spiritnet online Temple as a pure service. Again I awoke feeling ecstatic and refreshed and enthusiastic.

Wonderful "dreams". Rare for me.

What is rtvik philosophy?

First what, exactly is a rtvik? Rtvik means a priest who does specific rituals. How does this apply to SPI? Well, if we ( being the temple presidents and other senior devotees on site) determine someone is eligible for initiation, we take it upon ourselves to perform the rituals as such, in Srila Prabhupada’s name. Is it shastric? Yes. What about “living” guru? Guru lives in his words. We have Srila Prabupada’s words, therefore He is alive as long as we listen and read. As for this…See More

The Brāhmaṇa Sudāmā Blessed by Lord Kṛṣṇa

Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Supersoul of all living entities, knows everyone’s heart very well. He is especially inclined to the brāhmaṇa devotees. Similar To Morphine: The Best Natural Painkiller that Grows in your Backyard. November 8, 2017 - by jani123-admin - Leave a CommentPeople have used wild lettuce as a sedative and painkiller for millennia. This plant is similar to thistle and dandelion, but it has potent properties which can replace synthetic painkillers. Namely, it has been used as an opium replacement since the 19th century, when it was known as “poor man’s opium. Even nowadays, the distilled water from this plant is used as a…See More
