Genes or Paramatma?

Turns out that the gene code is inadequate to describe human form and physiology. Billions of dollars spent and many years research, have concluded that some protein synthesis instructions are there in the gene code, not much more that they can find.

Many simple organisms, such as sand fleas, have a much more complicated gene code than humans. So, Paramatma must be acting as the receiver and supplier of data and instructions, otherwise the complexity and data are not there in the genes.
