Calling down Ganga for use in acamana
mantra; Ganges ca Yamuna caiva Godavari, Sarasvati, Narmade, Sindhu, Kaveri , galesmin sinidhim kuru.
mudra; wrap your brahmana thread around your thumb, extend the the middle finger,others all curled in to hand.
Process; place clean pure water in the five-metal or copper water pot, pancapatra, five metals. Copper pots are also good, brass also. Wrap your thread around your thumb. Using the middle finger, without touching the finger nail to the water, use elephant goad mudra, touch the water surface, and picture Holy Rvers as named and call them to the pancapatra, water pot. They are very purifying, and will Bless you to descend into the pancapatara, for Krsna's services.

Sadharana Acamana (short version)
place one gandusa, ie three drops of water from a pancapatra, into the palm of the right hand, the brahmatirtha, say om kesavaya namah, sip the drops, then throw leftover water in hand to the side. Repeat saying om narayanayah namah, and om madhavaya namah.
