Please accept my humble obeisances. All Glories to Srila Prabhupada!
As I have said before, regarding Parampara, there is no argument from me as far as the emergence of Pure Devotees is concerned. This will come about naturally and perfectly in the exact method as described to us by Srila Prabhupada, namely, rigid following and carrying out the Orders of the Spiritual Master. Nothing of what He gave us is mundane, so whether it is purely managerial such as the DOM, or individual, such as our respective sadhana prescriptions, or congregational, such as putting the account books on the front steps, or philosophical, such as accepting the sum total of His Words to be non-different and emanating from Sri Krishna Himself, these Instructions, Requests, Teachings and Personal Example all are working in tandem in formulating the blueprint or DNA of the ISKCON Movement for the next 10,000 years. They each individually and all collectively establish a marker that in its fulfillment will have the desired result of a worldwide transformation of mundane consciousness into Krishna Consciousness. For this reason it is understandable why Srila Prabhupada so heavily emphasized no change, no departure from the Instructions of the Acarya, because even the smallest change means a direct and proportionate blow to the success of His Mission -- e.g., the deliverance of every human being on planet Earth.
So, how do we begin? To make things simple I take the perhaps conservative view that everything that emanated from Srila Prabhupada is Perfect, Whole and Complete, requires no questioning or comprehension on our behalfs, and that our singular duty is to implement, implement, implement, with no addition or subtraction. That by this simple active process we will without question attain the desired result of Pure Unalloyed Love of God....although it may take some time! The point is that by sincerely carrying out His Orders we are coming directly into contact and in line with the Omnipotent Potency of Lord Sri Krishna Himself, and the auspicious result is therefore guaranteed.
So, what Instructions are missing or modified?
First thing is that of His Books. If Srila Prabhupada wanted more changes post Samadhi He would have said so, in which case, I have zero argument. What bothers me and what I fundamentally disagree with is fallen conditioned souls taking it upon themselves to change His Divine Words without direct authorization and approval from Him to do so. The buck stops with Him - not with us - so I go with Srila Prabhupada and what He specifically put into effect by the expression of His Will, written as well as spoken.
Second is the Authenticity of Kirtan melodies in ISKCON. Very few of them are from Srila Prabhupada who brought them from Vaikuntha. Almost all are materially originated and therefore they have the consequent result of almost no Sankirtan in the streets, and no exponential explosion of membership as a result of people being ecstatically carried away by the Transcendental Sound Vibration He gave us in the Form of His Kirtan....so that is needed. People in the world are hard wired into their illusory realities of sense gratification...but this Melody, all of His Melodies, have the Potency to pierce through the thick veil of ignorance and ignite the awakening process. A 100% restoration of His Sound Vibration in the form of Kirtan is truly vital and in many ways the great shift that will win the day for Srila Prabhupada's Sublime Mission. Whoever controls the sound waves controls the minds of the fallen...if Srila Prabhupada and Krishna are in control then a global conversion to Krishna Consciousness is inevitable due to Their Infallible Potency.
Third is the system of management. DOM clearly demarcates the role and jurisdiction of GBC, so I shall not take your time by going into it here. GBC members such as Ravindra Swarup and supporters such as Akruranath Prabhu say that Srila Prabhupada did not want the DOM, but I find their arguments to be not compelling. I presented a proof this morning to Akruranath Prabhu and am still waiting to hear back from him in this regard. If we take the DOM as Srila Prabhupada's Desire, and note that He never rescinded the DOM, then we can understand that it is indeed His Wish for once He is/was "out of the scene", "in the succeeding years". I have spoken extensively about the DOM, perhaps you have read, but in a nutshell, DOM is the boots on the ground system for keeping us all in line through a transcendental set of checks and balances, while we advance along the spiritual path. GBC is not a law unto themselves but the humble servants of His Divine Grace, elected to oversee the dutiful carrying out of His Instructions in independent ISKCON, Inc. Temples everywhere. GBC is separate from BBT, and they cannot fire Temple Presidents without congregation support. This keeps things very clean.
Fourth is the issue of the BBT. Right now BBT is defunct and BBTI is in play in order to publish changed Books. Perhaps Srila Prabhupada saw this coming, but He made BBT so watertight that without the creation of the ISKCON DBA BBTI, it would not have ever been possible to publish changed Books due to the security of His Copyrights. So this also indicates that Srila Prabhupada was fully satisfied with His Books as they Were and left no other Instruction for Post-Samadhi modifications. Therefore I propose to reopen BBT and close down BBTI forever, a DBA of ISKCON never approved or authorized by Srila Prabhupada, and the publication of all Original Books through BBT once again dispensed wholesale through worldwide Sankirtan parties hitting the streets 10 hrs a day 6 days a week, boosting sales and interest through the all-attractive Power of the Holy Name chanted in the Melodies of Goloka Vrindavan. They work synergistically together, the Sankirtan and the Original Books of Srila Prabhupada, to sweep people up and away into the ecstatic bliss of the heart becoming free from the painful clutches of Maya, such that they become instantly willing to give up all other engagements and simply surrender.
Fifth is the issue of cooperation amongst all disciples from all groups, camps, flags, and philosophical vagaries. Srila Prabhupada took the magnanimous view that any service unto Krishna's Lotus Feet stands forever, even if we bloop, starting up immediately again in the next life. As such, I declare, let the war be over. Anyone who has rendered even 1 second of service unto Srila Prabhupada's Lotus Feet is worthy of our sincerest, humblest, and deepest respects and obeisances. In such a mood it will be easy to have a dramatic, rapid, all-encompassing impact around the world. Such is the power of mutual cooperation, support, kindness and compassion.
Sixth is the issue of handling of all moneys, profits from Book sales, donations, and sale of various assets, that come into the hands of the ISKCON Temples and/or the GBC. All profits are to be split 50/50 according Srila Prabhupada's Instruction, with 50% going for creation and maintenance of existing Temples, and the other 50% for publication of Original Books. The account books detailing this split and the usage of fund are to be laid on the front steps of every Temple.
Seventh is granting independence to all ISKCON Temples with separate nonprofit ISKCON, Inc. registration, Temple President, Secretary and Treasurer, as requested by Srila Prabhupada in His Letter to Karandhar dasa, which will give powerful autonomy and self-motivation to each Temple to spread exponentially, without control being imposed externally from an outside source. This includes re-registering all ISKCON properties worldwide to the ISKCON, Inc. nonprofit charter.
Eighth is an elevation in the standard of the individual Sadhana practice of the ISKCON body. This can be done through the power of example, support, and good association, making Lord Krishna the focus of all daily activities, eliminating the tendency toward Prajalpa, and keeping constant touch with Srila Prabhupada through hearing His recorded lectures, reading His Original Books, and following His Personal Example to the best of our ability, with a mind for ever increasing the standard with every passing day. In an atmosphere of love and trust, these things will become easily attainable and a reality for all members of ISKCON, who will derive ever increasing pleasure and bliss as they continue to advance along the Spiritual Path, fully informed and stabilized by our individual and collective endeavor for pure surrender at Srila Prabhupada's Lotus Feet.
All in all, these 8 points can be summed up in one sentence: To do all things as recommended to us by Srila Prabhupada, and to neglect all things which are not recommended by Him. This simple principle will surely grant us the path of liberation and success of our lives, and the success of the ISKCON Movement itself in liberating everyone on planet earth from the cycle of birth and death, to the Blissful Reciprocation of Love with our Supreme Lord Krishna in His Heavenly Abode of Goloka. It is simple, easy and perfect, joyful, and everlastingly performed.

So how and when will Pure Souls emerge? This can happen only when All of Srila Prabhupada's Instructions are enacted in the ISKCON Movement, when all Vani/Sound Vibration originates with Him, Books are changed back to Originals, Kirtans in His Melody, GBC elected and abiding by SP's Direction of Management, and all other aspects and elements of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness operating in smooth harmony and alignment with the Express Wishes of Srila Prabhupada. Otherwise...we are simply fantasizing.
