mantra; puspe puspe maha puspe, su puspe puspasam bhave , puspe cayavakirne, ca ham phat svaha
Do correct right hand mudra, actually the devil or NWO sign, ie two middle fingers in touching same palm, pointer and pinky fingers extended, thumb holding mid-fingers against palm.
Process; Place the rinsed flower, make the mudra towards the item to purify and say the mantra; chant Hare Krsna. Flower(s) is now purified, and can be formally offered to Deities in worship.
