A guru acharya is free because he is under the direct control of the HOLY NAME therefore SRI KRSNA makes him free.
Otherwise SRI GAURANGA MAHAPRABHU would not have said: “Know the Acharya to be as good as Myself. Never disrespect him. Never envy him or consider him an ordinary man for He is the sum total of all the demigods.” (Vayu Purana)
The Vaishnavas do not undergo birth and death like ordinary people do. They appear and disappear within this world of their own accord. In this way, sometimes we get their association and sometimes their association is withdrawn. The devotees are not subject to any worldly considerations of duty and karma. (C.B. Antya 8.173-174)
A Vaishnava does not take birth under the jurisdiction of the laws of karma. His birth and disappearance are transcendental. The wise have declared that the servants of Krishna are eternally engaged in the liberated service of the Lord and hence are free from the laws of material nature. (Hari-Bhakti-Vilaasa, 10.113, quoted from Padma Purana)
To be full of power like demigod doesn’t mean we are karma free. Only when having reached prem puman artho mahan love for God by the causeless mercy of SRI SRI GURU GAURANGA we become karma free.
Therefore keep on chanting and serving the HOLY name until the last breath as our beloved acharya HDG ACBSP been showing us by spreading that prem puman artho mahan love for god into the heart of all the fallen souls.
Therefore HE is our jagat guru eternally
