" I know no one but Krsna as my Lord, and He shall always remain so, even if He neglects me or treats me harshly, He shall always remain my Worshipful Lord unconditonally! "
Sri Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Sri Siksatsakam verse eight.
Dear TGC; Re 1.; Srila Bhaktisidhanta Saraswati spoke of two moods, sambhoga, or enjoyment of Krsna's association, and
alternatively, vipralambha, the mood of missing the Beloved in service here. He actually said, don't even try for sambhoga, the mood of the goswamis is in missing Krsna, and such is prominent in our disciplic line. One might say we specialize in the Blues!
2. It is the duty of the disciples rather, to serve the every desire of the spirtual master at all times in all ways eternally. Very nice!
