Of course, I'd be happy to help! Here's a simple and delicious recipe for oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and raisins:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and raisins.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy your freshly baked oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and raisins!
