This one health drink will help prevent & kill cancer, help clear out heavy metals in the blood from daily chem-trailing, help to fight arthritis & joint pain, help to prevent osteoporosis & tooth decay, help to lower cholesterol & plaque build up in the arteries, help to stabilize (lower) blood pressure, help to fight against diabetes, help to de-calcify the pineal gland, and help at detoxing the kidneys & liver. This is my daily health drink. I use a 2 Quart plastic empty juice bottle and fill it 2/3rds with fluoride free/chlorine free water and add all of the following ingredients.
2 Teaspoons of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
1/4th Teaspoon of 20 Mule Team Borax
6 Tablespoons of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (you must at least buy this item as organic since it detoxifies everything including some ingredients that you can not find as organic).
4 Ounces of Aloe Vera Juice
2 Bags of Decaffeinated Green Tea (cut off the strings and drop the tea bags into the drink)
2 Squeezes of Concentrated Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Aqave
Then I fill the remainder of the bottle with red, blue, black colored fruit or berry juices for the antioxidant benefits. Choose organic brands when you can, but don't freak out if you don't buy all organics because the organic Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar and the Green Tea will help to clean out GMO trash that accumulates in the kidneys & liver.
I drink one bottle of my health drink per day. You can adjust the amount of Honey & Agave depending if you like your drink sweeter, the same, or less sweet, or depending on if you have diabetes. I use a Berkey Water Filter System to take out ALL Fluoride & Chlorine from regular tap water. My wife finds and purchases all of these ingredients at Wal-Mart Super Centers.
I also take a multi-vitamin, a Graviola capsule (made from the Soursop fruit), and a low dose 81 mg aspirin each and every day too.
