Veggie-falafel  Italian "balls"

Deep fry falafels from the mix box. Place eight of them in a baking dish. Add some well-chopped onion, some garlic, lots of chopped red peppers, a  good cup of V-8 or other tomato  or carrot or spaghetti sauce /
juice, some black pepper, basil, oregano, salt . Cover all this with grated cheese of your choice, enough to form a good cheesy layer on top. Bake for 30 minutes, with a foil covering or lid etc., or not, until last ten minutes,  then uncover to brown top a mite, oven  on medium high,  like 360, for last few mintues, watch you don't burn.
