Yummy Carrot, Spinach, Bean and Pasta Soup
Tamohara dasa.

1/2 pot distilled water
add pre-cooked three types of beans or lentils. example; chick peas and black beans, and soorya dahl ie red lentils total one cup.
add some 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup tomato sauce
one tablepsoons anise seed or fennel seed
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tablespoon methi leaf and/or 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp basil
1 crushed garlic clove
red salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
sesame oil, butter/ghee/olive oil, all three, don'tt overdo it.
1/4 cup green peas, one medium shredded carrot, 1/4 cup chopped peppers, 1/2 chopped medium white onion, some celery if available.
One 1/2 medium potato, shredded. One full cup of frozen or fresh chopped Spinach.
three big shots of Hot Sauce, !
1 cup dry macaroni or other pasta noodles.

Bring to boil, cover for twenty minutes at low heat. Salt more to taste.
