SPI is a practical organization, we are not merely here for decoration or education, important though these are. To further our intent to open a Temple/Ashrama in India within the next three years or sooner, as well as to further the creation of a co-operative worldwide network of Srila Prabhupada Gour Nitai-Radha Krishna Temples etc. we will start to take our memberaships more seriously and will ask each member to donate their local currency of 20 of the "dollars" or "rupees" whichever is appropriate for your locale, annually, to retain membership.
Paid Membership Starting Next Spring
An organic green susatinable farming/garden /greenhouses with ashrama for renunciants and vanaprasthas, especially for protection of the ladies, hospice, music centre/kirtana hall, small class rooms, communcal kithen, individual rooms/residences , plans for regular sankirtana and pilgrimage is incleded. If we can gain cooperative like-minded associates world-wide, then the stipulation is that our members may all travel to, and stay and serve in any of the temples, subject to local rules ofo the temple. As we are following Srila Prabhupada's orders, there should be little deviation, mostly the same everywhere.
Donations to specific projects will be accepted, anda full accounting is already being kept at the group onsite "Brahmana varna.' I will seek tax exemption status if possible, but don't count on it soon.
