Given that spiritual beings have perfect intelligence, yet they also succumb to maya by choice, then the jiva's intelligence is relative. I guess when and if one gets tired of being that relative nothing plaything, one can always enter the Brahmajyoti or merge with Krsna, like the demons He kills. That does not remove what already is, however. One could also hook up to a program that feeds one a constant illusion of pleasures. When we agree on that and accept a role, we can merge with the lila program, thats the real program, the intended one. Once in, its all good. Those who venture outside, they can reenter, as once in, its eternal, everything else is but a portion or reflection of a portion.
