Why do people speak as if 'extremism' is inherently bad?
Is an extremely intelligent person, too intelligent?
Is an extremely athletic person, too athletic?
Is an extremely principled person, following their principles too much?
'Extreme' left or right, or libertarian or authoritarian, are just propaganda terms for 'more deeply held than my own beliefs'.
Another propaganda tactic is the dirty word of 'tribalism'. But tribalism is a great thing!
There is safety in tribalism, and simplicity.
Safety in numbers, and because we always have more loyalty to those we perceive as 'like us', 'on my side'. You protect and help other members of your tribe; you defend your brother in a fight, you die for you soldiers, you do volunteering in your local community. But usually not for just anyone!
And simplicity, because you don't need to question or figure out everyone's motivations, their methods, who benefits from what. You know the general goals and you know it will help the whole tribe.
The tribes we are shown in media today - Sports teams and variations of the same Abrahamic religions, and Western political parties - are Bread and Circus distractions. The real tribes are the family, the extended family, the friends, the community, the nation, the race. And a level of civility and respect for all because we are all human too.

-bring in poor immigrants to pick your fruit in backbreaking heat, cook your food in shitty chains, drive your Ubers and taxis and Deliveroos for next to nothing, run ramshackle little shops barely making a buck, clean your elderly parents' arses after they get dumped in nursing homes because you didn't plan and can't be fucked caring for your family
-drive up housing prices for everybody, which benefits only the banks directly
-intervene in other proud, ancient countries and fuck their shit up, then bring said traumatised people to a let-down, shallow, foreign nation "melting pot" and expect them to love it
... Then turn around and say 'anti-immigration rhetoric is nasty and hateful and WRONG, you are MEAN!'
Real religion is the sets of feelings you feel inside towards God, immediate unmistakable spiritual knowledge in action, not so much the items related to the external faith being culturally pursued by the devotees.
The Hare Krsna Movement is a Real Star Wars... we are with the forces of Godhead, such as Jesus, etc., but over eternal time and multiverses, even up to and including infinite spiritual perfect heavens, called Vaikunthas, places where there is no sort of anxiety, and their respective Divine Avataras, even up to the pinnacle, Goloka Vrindavana, the Supreme Planetary System, unobtainable by any but pure servants of Sri Sri Radha Krsna. There, all speech is song, and all walk is dance. Wish-fullfilling trees provide all desires immediately there, such the inhabitants feel quite satisfied, and so embark on services and missions of love to bring joy to the others. For example, they might bring a fresh fruit from the forest, in service. We seek such a life naturally, because it is instinctive, inherent in the living beings created by Krsna, by Godhead. Chemicals don't seek such things.
