As a jiva, I have a dual nature; simultaneously Divinely yoked and yet always potentially sinfully independent and "free". Unfortunately, I am relatively tiny and therefore subject to deluding influences of powerful Beings. Taking shelter of Godhead protects me. Thus, I am by nature dependent on Sri Krsna, yet voluntary in giving of love. They do not wish us to stray from Their company too long. Radha Krsna's service is the Supreme Purpose for us all.
Goloka is all-pervasive, Godhead is everywhere, including "here". Everywhere I go, I have a body suitable to that portion of Goloka. This is also within the spiritual sky, We Are 'Here Now', ( just as Swami Ram Dass wrote in the early seventies.) If I engage in pure devotional service, under directions of HDG A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, I am liberated and perfect, here and everywhere.
