The senses are created and meant to serve God, and cannot be stifled artificially. Therefore, fill your mind words and deeds with prayer and useful service, such that there is no time for lust. Thinking, leads to feeling, then willing, and consequently acting, in that order. So, stop the whole process in the early thinking phase and save yourself from too much desire. The tongue is the king of the active sense, so do not talk nonsense, do not overeat, then the stomach will not be overfull and then the lower order of things is not enlivened. The mind will not be drawn to body pleasures if we are happy and high from our natural spiritual status, and the mind fixed there. Talking nonsense lets control of the mind go, and if it not trained it goes to hell. Control the tongue by constant chanting of the Names of God, Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare. Get married.

A man with a toothache must resolve to go and spend some money, he must submit to the dentist's ways and endure, and in due course, all pain will be gone and the happy smile will return.
A soul with a soulache similarly must submit to the Sri Guru's instructions, abide with the treatments with resolve and determination, pay all required fees, and health will surely soon be restored. Then the natural relish of good sweet fruits returns fully.
