here is a trend going on that people should be aware of happening.
This deals with computers, software and the Internet.
First off, the industry is wildly happy about the recent Windows updates.
These updates require newer computers with specific software requirements.
Of course this means a lot of sales of new computers,
Your computer will only let you install approved operating systems
and programs.
With the increase in cloud "computing" you will eventually:
Only be able to use software directly from the Internet.
You will not be able to install or use programs on your computer.
You will pay monthly or yearly fees to use the programs.
You will pay monthly or yearly fees to use your operating system.
You will store nothing on your computer.
All your files, pictures, work etc. will be stored in the "Cloud".
You will have no privacy.
Everything you have will be accessable by the government and
selected businesses.
Your computer will spy on you.
It will report all you purchases.
It will report all your communications.
It will report all you movement.
The new computers will have built into them the means of forcing you
to comply.
Your private business will require to have a computer or phone
with these issues.
You will not be able to conduct online business without paying a regular fee.
You will not be able to conduct common business, like banking, in person.
It will happen.
What can you do?
Not much, but there are some things.
Stop using the cloud storage for anything!
No business, no games, no storage of personal files!
Go back to windows 7, maybe windows 10.
Do not upgrade software.
Do not buy a new computer that will force you to use only selected operating systems.
It may already be too late for recent hardware.
There is built in software to restrict an operating system, it isn't enabled yet.
Do more in person banking.
Do not use any of the personal assistant devices!!!
You have been warned.
