A highly militarized police force arrived at the home of 63 year old Sahara Donahue to evict her from her residence of 24 years. She was petitioning US Bank for an additional 60 days to remain in her home, so she could have some time to find a new place to live, secure her belongings and leave her home with dignity. She came to the Colorado Foreclosure Resistance Coalition and Occupy Denver General Assembly to ask for our help. She knew no one in Occupy Denver prior to reaching out. We immediately started mobilizing to try to get her the assistance she needed and a group went up to her house for the first rumored eviction on Thursday 10/25. When that eviction didn’t happen, we planned an in-town action at US Bank on Monday for Sahara to try to find someone to speak with about her situation, with carpools up to her house later that day as the eviction was said to be scheduled for Tuesday 10/30. Occupiers laid barricades from fallen trees to prevent moving trucks and workers from entering the property and were able to stave off the eviction for a few hours. At 2:45pm ten or more truckloads of police in full combat gear armed with live-ammo AR-15’s, and grenade launchers arrived on the scene & forced occupiers to the ground at gun point. Police then made their way to the house, broke down the front door, threw Sahara to the ground in her own kitchen and pointed their guns at the heads of a mother and son who were in the house with Sahara along with others. They continued to break items in the house as they searched it.

Pete places a call to the Clear Creek Count Colorado’s Sheriffs Department and speaks to SRGT Spraley properly schooling him on his oath to defend the constitution. The talk Pete has with this Sheriff is not to be missed or taken lightly. It is a very rare look into the minds of local law enforcement and how far they are willing to go to protect the banks. This officer actually admits in this interview that the laws are screwed up and until the people change them he is obligated to enforce them even though they are unconstitutional.

I'm sorry, but this is just incredible. We hear of these things, but to see such heavily armed bankster-dupe thugs assaulting fellow citizens is unacceptable. Where is the militia? There may be civil war yet....
I know, this is not our Movement's business directly. We are for chanting and improving things by practical example and prayer. But if we had any power like Maharajah Pariksit, the Kali's servants who abuse citizen's would receive their dues. Under NO circumstances should people's homes be threatened like this with military grade assaults! The law should be that arrangements MUST be made, there should be NO QUESTION of eviction of private citizens from their homes.
Businesses may be another matter altogether. But homes are sancrosanct, cannot be invaded by these low life thugs. I suggest we need strong people's militia's to protect us from the rogue criminal government.

Greetings beloved ones we are the Arcturians and we are here to help support and to further free the human heart from the deeply held emotions that you as a human being have been taught to store and to prevent you from expansion. It is the wrapping of grief around the human heart that has contained and suppressed the human race and it is this grief that is now pouring out across and within the human race at this time.
We are here to guide further on this process and help you gain clarity of inner vision in relation to this deeply held grief. As a race you have been taught by those who trained you to keep SELF in a lower vibration, that grief is inevitable and that you will be numbed by the grief that you carry for eternity. This is NOT TRUTH and we are here to help you dissolve this teaching so that you may reveal the TRUTH hidden in plain view. For you came to this planet to live life as a human being in order to experience all emotions available to you as a member of the human race.
The teachings taught to this race over and over have created patterns of grief and hatred that have chained the SOUL to the human vehicle in a way that is akin to pouring concrete into your boots and asking you to walk miles. It is extremely difficult to experience life on planet earth when it is filtered so heavily and so densely. We are here to help you unlock the heart for the heart is the key to the universe. LOVE is the answer, no matter the question dear ones and we are here to help you move through this process with ease.
Many of you may now be in the deep throes of grief, this grief re-activated by memories of those lost in wars that have taken place upon and within plant earth and we guide that this grief must now heal. For in the healing is the release that your SOUL craves and that your human vehicle now struggles with. For the grief is not only stored within the heart of the human vehicle it is stored within the very cells of the human vehicle. It is then transferred down through the generations of human vehicles that are born onto the planet. ALL holding the cellular memories of grief and hatred and all becoming harder and harder to function within.
YOU ARE NOT your human vehicle, the human vehicle akin to a car which is able to transport you across the planet yet many are shielded from this TRUTH and now are experiencing the rapid break downs of their human vehicles. The denser, lower energies beginning to break down the cellular structure of the human vehicle in the form of illness and disease.
This can be reversed but the process entails allowing the deeply held emotions a release and a healing and we guide we are here to help ALL with this process. The new energies are supportive and this is being shown across the planet as human being reaches out to human being and as the hearts of many now open fully. The outpouring of grief should be seen as the start of the healing process that it is in TRUTH and not something that you have been taught, for you have been taught to protect the grief at all costs. You have been taught to keep holding onto the grief and to use it for fuel for the human vehicle. The tears that are cleansing have been taught to be withheld, further patterning the cells of the human vehicle for destruction. For the human body was designed to be fueled with the LOVE that IS. This is the very fabric of the universe and this is the fuel for the human vehicle.
Akin to putting diesel in a petrol car you have been taught to apply the wrong nourishment to your human form and this has resulted in patterns of disease and illness manifesting within the human vehicle and within families who work to keep hold of the deeply taught teachings at any cost.
Now as the new earth energies begin to unlock the heart and the emotions begin to spill out we ask that you hold SELF in the LOVE that IS, that you allow the LOVE that IS to pour around you and through you for it is re-energising you from cellular level outwards. The process may appear to be challenging at first but as the LOVE that IS takes hold and begins to repair your cells and to support your energies then this will be shown clearly. For your inner vision will start to clear, you will start to remember who YOU ARE in TRUTH and YOU will begin once more to FEEL the family that has been denied to you for aeons.
We are part of that family and we hold you now dearest beloved ones in a warm embrace. May our LOVE for you begin to dissolve the deeply held patterns of containment, may our LOVE for you begin to clear and hone your inner vision and may you realise that YOU ARE LOVED beyond measure, for ALL ARE ONE. El Pais (via Google translate) reports Government will give a two-year moratorium to end evictions.
Social pressure, political and, above all, the shock of facts so overwhelming as two suicides in recent weeks, the second on Friday, has led the government and the PSOE to move faster. Both contacts for accelerated progress towards an agreement to halt evictions more extreme than in any case, will not materialize until next week. That agreement, however, will not be retroactive and would apply to mortgages signed, but not those that are in foreclosure. It would not serve to cases like Egaña Amaya, the woman who committed suicide in Barakaldo.
The Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, solemnized the idea during an election rally in Lleida: "These days we see terrible things, inhuman situations, a person committed suicide when she would be evicted. It is a difficult subject, you have to take it with all seriousness and humanity. The government is talking to many people, we talked this morning with the PSOE. I hope we can talk on Monday of the temporary cessation of evictions affecting the most vulnerable families. And the threshold of exclusion, to better implement the code of good practice, so you can renegotiate the debt and remain in housing. It is a difficult subject, I hope we can give good news to the whole of the Spanish."
Policy Will Blow Up Spectacularly
The problem with an eviction moratorium should be obvious. People will have no incentive to pay their mortgages for the next two years. Many people will take that option and it will further stress the Spanish banking sector already deep in trouble.
There is growing hope in some quarters that economic recovery is at last under way in the USA. Is this just an election-inspired pick-up in sentiment, now rapidly vanishing, or do we take it more seriously; and if it really is recovery, what are the inflationary consequences?
Some observers point to house prices, which show signs of having turned the corner. The latest Case-Shiller data shows that house prices rose 8.5% between April and August; and single-family housing starts are up by 43% compared with last year. Rental yields, which have stimulated residential investment, are attractive compared with other alternatives, and average house prices down 30% from 2006 highs are a further incentive for buyers. And this is the key: housing is attractive as an asset on the basis that financial alternatives, bonds and equities, are demonstrably more expensive. Residential property is simply better than other alternatives.
Financial alternatives, such as government bonds and equities, have performed well over the last three years on the back of cheap money, which has flooded the markets courtesy of Mr Bernanke. Lucky investors are bound to question how much further these markets can run, now that we face the fiscal cliff and other uncertainties: hence why it might make sense to move money from Wall Street to Main Street. As well as residential property, high levels of personal and private sector debt suggest there will be other distressed assets available. Could this even extend to a pick-up in mergers and acquisitions?
What we are considering is essentially a money-flow question: how, why and when money parked in non-productive financial assets will migrate into the economy. This is already happening through unfunded government expenditure, which is distributed through the welfare system. However, the private sector is also under increasing pressure to do something, reflected in the fall in excess reserves held at the Fed by some $200bn over the last year. When this figure fails to increase in line with QE3's monthly injection, raw money is simply piling up on Wall Street, adding to pressure for it to be deployed into the real economy. And money going into the economy, to the extent it is not neutralised by the deflator, is simply recorded as growth in GDP.
Therefore, we will see statistical economic growth. This does not mean that we are about to see economic progress, which is an entirely different thing. Instead, we have a recipe for stagflation, loosely defined as a pick-up in prices without an accompanying increase in economic activity. This happened memorably in the 1970s, leading to a serious inflation problem by the end of that decade.
This time, there is a far larger overhang of cash circulating unproductively in Wall Street, ready to be spooked by a future trend of rising interest rates, which is inevitable from a zero base. The resulting stagflation will only be the precursor of higher inflation, and possibly even Hyperinflation if not somehow nipped in the bud. Therefore, the inflationary consequences of what is mistakenly touted as signs of economic growth will probably be more serious than commonly thought, with the potential to be upon us more rapidly than anyone currently believes possible.
