Home-made Quinine !

Home-made Quinine ! For early prophylactic protection and treatment of batty floose;

Squeeze four organic red or white grapefruit
Put the juice aside with some honey and water added for drinking later.
Slice up the whole grapefruit skins and rinds, place in a glass cooking container or stainless steel, cover with distilled water.
Let sit on lowest heat for three hours, covered. Stir every so often. Crush rinds in pot and water with a masher, lightly. PLEASE DO NOT BOIL, just a very low heat, maybe a litle bubble here and there coming up only.... be gentle.
Drain into a jar, store in cool place with lid.
Repeat the process with fresh water, 3 x in all, same rinds. Be sure to squeeze the last batch well, as the water tends to absorb into the rinds.
Drink two tablespoons-full in your daily fruit juice or tonic water or etc.

Vitamin "C", zinc, vitamin "D2, D-3" complex, should ideally be taken in adjunct with meals.
