I was going to suggest we purchase a medium size well-established unpoisoned farm in India holy plce , then do vertical gardening using solar and pedal power, we built one three stroy housing unit for six apartments at a time, very simple places to make it solid but not a place ofr under opulances, but with eklewctric a/C, western toilets, hot.cole water showers, cooking in one main kitchen on main floor with storage poareking, one shop or two owned by resident. We can manage that, then we shall see money pour in, we wbuild the next unit. sustainable vertical sl;ef-gardening, organic strictly. AND to top it off, we get out water from wind towers and by harvesting the clarified water produced by the electri air conditioners. We distill all wetr otherwise, central unit main kitchen and foundints, plus lines for the vettical garen automatic fee, intereonnceted with the solar panels and wind flag/windwmill system, all small scaled, simple stuff.
