Yes, there is definitely a vast difference between initiated and non-initiated.
One who is initiated is authorized, and one who is not initiated is not authorized. Just like, for example, Pradyumna is attending class in Sanskrit in a college, he is given chance to learn Sanskrit, but he is not equal with the regular students.
One who becomes initiated is channelized to the authorities in the disciplic succession. One who isn’t initiated may chant Hare Krishna (and should certainly be encouraged to do so) and serve in his own way, and gradually by doing so he may want to be initiated. But otherwise he may fall away from following the rules and regulations....
This does not mean there will be no other pure devotees or acaryas within our line. But within our maths, they belong to Srila Prabhupada, and he is the guru there. Let other pure devotees surrender to this and stay inside, or go out and act independently, not occupy Srila Prabhupada's rights and properties like usurpers, so many dirty corporate flies on the throne. .
So; "provided the new director is my initiated disciple" This means that all followers are to be Prabhupada's disciples, not disciples of Ratalot swami etc etc ad nauseum, and as this isthe Declaration of Will perpetually, the obvious is shown as Srila Prabhupada's ritvik intended vision for our futures. AGTSP !
“9. … I have made this will this 4th day of June, 1977, in possession of full senses and sound mind, without any persuasion, force or compulsion from anybody.
