An at first glance interesting new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting that there are almost no grounds for optimism now for continuing nuclear talks with the United States, becomes more than intriguing when reading a discussion thread initiated by Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev—a discussion started when Secretary Patrushev commented on the just published leftist New York Times article “The Biggest Risk to This Election Is Not Russia. It’s Us” written by Fiona Hill—who was the British-American senior director for European and Russian Affairs on the US National Security Council from 2017 to 2019—is now a senior fellow at the leftist think tank Brookings Institute—the same Brookings Institute worked at by Igor Danchenko (whom Fiona Hill mentored), who wrote the sham Trump-Russia dossier for Hillary Clinton—and during the hoax impeachment of President Trump, saw Fiona Hill being “the main lying witness”—though in Secretary Patrushev commenting on this just published Fiona Hill article, he confirms that he told her Russia hadn’t done anything wrong and it was the Americans who had gone mad.
