Putin Orders Earthquake Weapon “Activation” After Massive China Blast

A grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin earlier this morning ordered a massive buildup of the Western Fronts 20th Army with over 100,000 additional specialized forces, and even more ominously, further ordered the immediate activation of all “personal, equipment and countermeasures” associated with the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) feared “Project Mercury” tectonic (earthquake) weapons programme.

The reason behind these extraordinary war orders being given, this report says, was yesterdays “deliberate apocalyptic special weapons” attack upon the new center of world finance located in the Yujiapu Financial District of the Chinese city Tianjin by Obama regime forces.

 

As to the reason the Obama regime attacked the world’s newest financial center, this report explains, was due to China’s devaluing its currency for the second day in row which caused massive disruption to global stock and currency markets, that in turn lead to the evaporation of hundreds-of-billions of dollars of “paper wealth” of the West’s most moneyed elite class.

However, MoD experts in this report note, China had no choice but to devalue its currency as since June, 2014, it had risen 13.5 percent making it the world’s strongest money, and when faced with both the US and EU printing “money out of thin air” to sustain their shattered economies, and in order to remain competitive, the Chinese did what they needed to do to sustain their own economy.

To how this attack was carried out against China, this report further explains, was from a “special weapons device” aboard the US Air Force operated X-37 spacecraft sent back into orbit by the Obama regime on 20 May and suspected of causing at least four other attacks against both Federation and Chinese targets these past few months…including the 16 July massive Port of Rizhao, China explosion.

                     

In order to counter the Obama regimes use of their “special weapons”, this report says, the much feared “Project Mercury”, under the direction of the RAS’s most protected, and secretive, doctor-scientist, Aleksei Nikolaev, has now been activated as a “retaliatory measure”.

Critical to note, though not mentioned in this MoD report, is that the last suspected use by Russia of their “Project Mercury” weapons programme was on 11 March 2011 when Japan was struck with a biblically-catastrophic 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami whose combined dead, injured and missing toll exceeded 23,000.

The reason behind Russia’s use of their “Project Mercury” weapons programme against Japan, it’s important to remember, was the Japanese February 2011 threat demanding that the Kuril Islands be returned to them, but which then Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned new weapons would protect the islands as they were an “inalienable part of Russia”.

Though not widely known about in the West, the existence of Russia’s “Project Mercury” earthquake weapons programme has long been known to US intelligence authorities since the defection to America of the top Russian spy Stanislav Lunev in 1992, and who in one of his rare interviews stated about it:

“This is actually artificial earthquake, which could be generated by special devices, which increase natural seismic waves, which are under our (Earth's) surface and explode like natural earthquake will all following circumstances. It's actually, this weapon development was in place for about more than 20 years and in the mid of 80's there have been several field tests of this weapons…”

Even more ominously, two months after the “Project Mercury” earthquake weapons programme was used against Japan in 2011, Russian Speaker of the House Vladamir Zhirinovsky further warned the West by stating:

“Washington has no future, this artificial state will collapse; then the old Europe, that continent, which has no importance whatsoever; China is on the verge of explosion; and what remains is Russia possessing orbital launch capability: space power.

Russia with lots of money, resources, and new weapons, that no one knows about them yet. With them WE WILL DESTROY any part of the planet within 15 minutes. Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of a laser, not a lightning, no, but a quiet and peaceful weapon.

Whole continents will be put to sleep forever. And that's all. You will have to dig in the wreckage and debris of your buildings. And all of you 120 million will die, if you will ever demand the Kuriles from us! So goes for the rest of the world. Everybody should think about their future. About the future of everyone, you all should start thinking.”

As to why the Obama regime would even dare to attack the national interests of a nation like Russia possessing such a cataclysmic weapon, and has shown no fear of using it, much speculation can be done. Not So Surprising Nuke-Earthquake News

On the morning of October 10, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation aired this piece. I obtained a copy of it from the ever-vigilant Dr. Gary Whiteford.

Anchorwoman: "A Moscow newspaper reports that Russian scientists tried to harness earthquakes as a means of mass destruction, and the research continued under the new Russian government long after the Soviet Union collapsed."

Correspondent Mike Hornbrook: "The Moscow News called it 'Earthquakes Made To Order.' In a detailed article, the newspaper says research of the so-called tectonic weapons began under the Communists in the 1970s. By late 1987, the Soviet government ordered a major effort to develop such a weapon.

"It was code-named Project Mercury and Project Vulcan, and involved almost two dozen major scientific and manufacturing centers.

"The theory was that underground nuclear explosions could trigger earthquakes far from the site of the original blast. Researchers speculated the destructive force released would be many times greater than the nuclear blast, that it could be directed toward any point on earth and that there was no way to guard against it.

"According to the Moscow News, everyone involved with the project had the highest security clearance. The first underground nuclear test was carried out six years ago, possibly followed by two more blasts as the pace of research picked up.

"The newspaper says Boris Yeltsin's government continued the work until two or three years ago. At that time a crisis in the Russian economy put everything on hold. However, the Moscow News says that Russia's strategic military doctrine now includes a secret protocol on tectonic weapons.

"Western experts are said to be astonished that such a weapons program was ever attempted. Many believe the notion of triggering and controlling earthquakes is pure science fiction."

Much of this fits data the Coastal Post has already presented. However, evidence points to the closing of the nuclear sites as well as to strikes by mine workers and demonstrations across the Soviet Union as to being an economical necessity.

That same evidence shows Soviet, and very possibly French and American, testing with an eye on related quakes was conducted for a much longer time. At least, since President Reagan reintroduced testing in the mid-'80s.

For example, two weeks before the deadly December 7, 1988, Armenian earthquake, which killed up to 50,000 people, Soviet scientists predicted a large quake would shortly hit the region. On December 4, the Soviets detonated a test at their nuclear Novaya Zemyla site in the Arctic.

We could go through testing dates and once again show the close relationship between earthquakes and nuclear testing. However, as the information is statistical and dry, we recommend that those interested readers not familiar with our series check back issues of the Post or send a SASE to me at POB 864, Fairfax 94978 for a list of corresponding dates and quakes.

The mainstream U.S. media refuses to publish anything on the subject, even though scientific evidence is strong and plentiful. Don't think Dr. Whiteford and I haven't tried. However, the English, Canadian and Australian media, among others, are on top of it.

Even the U.S. Geological Survey, while skeptical, is more open. You'll notice the reference in the Canadian piece that "many [Western experts]...believe the notion...is pure science fiction." Doesn't that infer many other scientists are open to the possibility?

However, one bright point: The French are in the process of dismantling the Mururoa Atoll nuclear test site in the South Pacific. It's supposed to once again be clean and healthy-in 10,000 years. That is, except for that persistent hundreds of yards in diameter bubble of melted radioactive material lodged in the core of the volcano which forms the crumbling atoll.

Putin Orders Spacecraft Debris Removed From Iran As Alien Fleet Circles Earth

A report just issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that at today’s Security Council of Russia meeting, President Putin authorized the removal and transportation back to Federation territory of the debris collected by both Russian and Iranian military and scientific specialists from the alien spacecraft shot down over the Republic of Iran on 31 July.

The MoD had previously reported on the shooting down of this spacecraft over Iran, and which we had previously written about in our 8 August report Russian Special Forces Converge On Massive Alien Spacecraft Debris ....

New information in today’s MoD report further identified this spacecraft as being a part of the suspected (?underwater/underground?) alien fleet being monitored by the US military off the coast of Aguadilla Puerto Rico, from the former Strategic Air Command (SAC) Ramey Air Force Base, now known as Rafael Hernández Airport.

In 2013, this report continues, Federation “assests” were able to obtain a Top Secret US Homeland Security video of one of these alien spacecraft operating over this former Puerto Rico SAC base, which the Federal Security Services (FSB) then forwarded to the Scientific Coalition of Scientists for UFOlogy (SCU) for further examination…and which they published a report on. 

 

 

The two Caspian Flotilla warships currently docked in the Iranian port of Anzali to pick up this spacecraft debris, this report notes, are the Volgodonsk and Makhachkala, both of which are now operating under the command of the Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO).

Equally concerning to the MoD, they explain in this report, are the growing observations from “neutral observers” all over the world reporting an increase of alien spacecraft above our Earth’s atmosphere, which even the International Space Station (ISS) video feeds are unable to censor fast enough. 

 

 

 

With growing world concerns that the Obama regime led NATO and Russia are preparing for war, this new MoD report puts into greater context Russia’s 2013 warning to the Obama regime…and which we had reported on in our 22 January 2013 report Russia Orders Obama: Tell World About Aliens, Or We Will.

And as to how these latest events relating to the shooting down of this alien spacecraft over Iran tie into the Obama regimes September-October “Grand Event” we are still attempting to fully analyze.

However, with the Washington Posts 14 March 2011 “pre-warning” article exploring the possibility of a massive tsunami striking the American east coast, when coupled by previous warnings of the same catastrophe being caused should the suspected alien base in Puerto Rico be attacked, it is more than curious that massive military movements are being reported in this region…including train cars filled with armored vehicles stretching “as far as the eye can see”.

At first I doubted the “rod from God” because I have no explanation for how one could drop out of orbit and actually fall, but evidently this system is real and they solved that problem. That would make the rod from God the prime candidate here, because the Chinese could easily trace down a nuclear blast.

UPDATE: ANOTHER BLOCKBUSTER: Blasts were NOT RELATED, blast 1, the small blast, happened on the West side of the container lot, and was the crater everyone first saw with containers laying in it, thinking that was from the big blast. It was not. Blast 2, the lake making nuke type blast, happened on the East side of the container lot. The fire happened to the South of both blasts, approximately centered between them, and was ONLY A FIRE, there is no conceivable way it could produce blasts on both sides of a container lot, separated by over 200 yards. The materials in question simply could not do it. The warehouse that supposedly holding whatever exploded was erased by the large (rod from God or nuclear) blast, as was everything else around that blast.
The crater pictures people posted previously were from the small blast, not the big one, a new picture which clearly shows where the big blast went off just got released by China. After looking through the images of the soviet nuclear tests, the new lake in China appears to have been made by a slightly sub surface burst of at least a 5 kiloton nuclear bomb. There is no way the earthquake from this was in the 2’s. Take a look at the pond made by a test of a small nuclear weapon ground burst in Russia and compare it to that new lake in China, which is many times as big as the pond made by a nuclear test in Russia!

Now we have limited options for this blast, since nothing stored there could have possibly done this.

This was NOT an accident and the fracture pattern around the crater proves a sub ground burst. If it was a sub ground burst,then a small nuclear weapon is the biggest possibility because once a nuke has to push dirt, the blinding flash will not happen. A slightly subsurface detonation would explain why camera sensors did not get strange artifacts. And if it was not a nuke, it was something else incredibly huge, but not a fuel air bomb because fuel air bombs will not leave craters.

A little bit more of a detailed explanation: If the blast happened at ground level, almost all of the energy would go upwards and the blast would not have made a large deep crater, especially one large enough and deep enough to make that lake. If you look to the right hand side of the lake, you can see fracture patterns in the earth, which were caused by the earth being compressed sideways and not downwards. This would only be done with a sub surface blast. After the blast, the earth bounced back towards the center of the lake, which opened up the cracks.

Look closely at the ground around the lake. Those who claimed it was not a nuke cited the fact that if it was, everything around the crater would be vaporized and wiped clean. Now that we have the real crater pic from the big blast, YEP, it matches that perfectly. Take a look at the containers laying in the lower left corner of this picture – they have no paint or color, which means they had the surfaces incinerated by intense heat only a nuke or other super weapon would reach. If this was a carbide blast, they would be black or have their original colors to some degree, complete color change to only gray proves this explosion was FREAKING HOT.

That type and size of blast crater will only happen if a massive bomb goes off a few feet underground, such as a tactical nuke in a drain pipe which leaves scant few alternative options (see Rod from God), No chemical blast did that, PERIOD. The building that is still standing in the upper right hand side of the frame is a typical example of what is left after a nuclear test, concrete buildings seldom get leveled, but they do get gutted by nuclear blasts. Just look through pictures of the soviet nuclear tests and you will see this. Bottom line? The aftermath is completely consistent with a nuclear blast.

I think a glue fire was started as an excuse for this huge blast, which came considerably later. And who knows what made the first big blast, or smaller blasts that led up to it, but I am confident it was a show and not an accident. They wanted this filmed from all angles and set up the show to make sure people would be recording when the big one went off. If there were lots of little blasts before that, why was there not a single small blast after the big one? That is when I would think the small blasts should have started if this entire scenario was not contrived from the start.

What would be the motive for this attack? I don’t buy the currency devaluation, but something else very tasty was going on that a distraction was needed for, SUCH AS:

You cannot “professionally wipe” a server and then hand it to ANY American intelligence agency, Hillary is BUSTED
The only way you can secure a hard drive that is actually in the hands of the NSA is to either incinerate it or shred it down to dust. It won’t matter if you use Norton Clean Sweep or some other app to purge it, even if a full write was done to the entire drive several times, enough stray magnetic data remains from past writes for the NSA to do a deep analysis of and extract – with errors, but they will at least know what is there, and THIS IS WHY THEY KNOW:

Hillary: THE ISSUE IS NOT THE E-MAILS, THE ISSUE IS THE FACT SHE HAD COUNTLESS SPOOKS INSIDE THE NSA FEEDING DATA STRAIGHT TO THE ENEMY. The mail box is just a diversion from this core fact!

Let me say this in a very simple way:

The NSA has been able to prove that Hillary had many many moles inside the NSA that used the great surveillance power of the NSA to steal America’s secrets and hand them to the Chinese, the Israelis, and the Russians. These moles were so well entrenched and at such high level that they were able to use the NSA’s own satellite uplink to send the classified data to Hillary. And if Hillary was able to get this done, who else was able to use the NSA as their own treasure trove of information? Having this happen clearly explains why almost ALL American companies are now Jewish owned, the Jews got EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION THEY COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR to assist in their final takeover and destruction of America. Nothing could be bigger or worse than that. It is GAME OVER.

And then we had the impossible Chinese blasts, right at the perfect time to take Hillary out of the news, people love fireworks and now that is all anyone cares about, and the story of the decade – the end of America for Americans goes down the toilet bowl in a great big swirling glurp.
They keep changing the story on what blew up to circumvent analysis. What I have here is what was really claimed to have blown up, and the correct answer for it.
I am not stupid at chemistry. The list of things that were given to cause the blasts does not add up, not even close. Carbide is practically an inert dust that is left laying around openly at steel mills, where melted blobs of metal often fly everywhere. The actual material being blamed for the blast is butanone. Butanone is airplane modeling glue. You know, that stuff they banned 20 years ago because “kids sniffed it”. Believe me, if it could blow up THAT BADLY modeling glue would have leveled many bedrooms. And then we have a compound of arsenic, which had practically no potential for anything other than creating a nasty gas or burning on the ground, if that, with no boom potential at all.

So let me put it all together here, the story goes like this, if those were the only 3 items in question:
Someone managed to get a bunch of modeling glue burning. And it sat there and burned for 45 minutes (nasty fire there, tough job putting that out, but no boom potential in the context of how it was stored or to even one percent of that magnitude.)

After it burned for a good long time, enough to ensure everyone was watching, somehow some small explosions were touched off to get people to start filming. Then the MOAB or some other huge explosive device comes in, and blows the whole place to smithereens. Bam-o, perfect show for burying the biggest known act of treason in American history – Hillary’s Wal-Mart of American secrets, open to the highest bidder. If the story is modeling glue, it does not wash for that type of explosion, it just does not work that way.

What would I believe for the Chinese blast?
I’d believe that blast if someone said five thousand gallons of acetone dissolved acetylene went off. I’d believe that blast if someone said an entire semi load of tetra hydrazine went off. But modeling glue? Whoever drew that connection should be sentenced to wearing an underwear hat at the stockade, to be buried under a mountain of rotten eggs and tomatoes. And that is why China sent nothing but weapons experts to the blast scene, 218 in total, because they are not stupid about this.

And WHY would this be done? Because a media diversion was needed to bury the fact that the NSA finally got into Hillary’s hard drive, and found text strings that identify THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of classified documents that were ripped right out of the NSA’s underground bases and from those bases Hillary’s spooks sent them straight up to a satellite that Hillary had been handed the encryption keys for. Hillary had no clearance or authorization for that, this is a massive case of espionage blown wide open. And these text strings were found AFTER all the actual documents they came from were wiped from the hard drive during Hillary’s cleanup, and were found as quotes and snips in discussion e-mails her staff overlooked during the cleanup. If Hillary does not fry for this over the next few days, you can bet on America being finished. This is the litmus test.

The latest joke is that ammonium and potassium nitrate blew up. And that IS a joke, because if it is not mixed with fuel in the correct ratios it has no explosive potential at all. Stabbing at the common core with that one I guess . . . .

China Strikes Back – DC Air Traffic Computers Down

For those of you who are watching you have noticed that there is now a shooting war started by the United States Corporation, as run by David Rothchidls, against the BRIC Nations.

(((Pray that the Rothchilds and their allies are immediately and completely immobilized for life)))

Three days ago two US Soldiers of Chinese Ancestry blew up a ship in Tajin Harbor in retaliation for the China devaluing their Yuan.

Today China knocked out the Washington DC Air Traffic Control Computers. In addition, if the US does not call a truce they may take down other computers.

As many of you recall – one of my battles for the veterans and the United States Corporation is to stop the Veteran’s Administration Corporation form selling military records across the nation – they are illegally accessing Department of Defense Corporate Records.

I took a case to the US Supreme Court as a Foreign Ambassador and they refused the case because I was not a State – a lot of BS for stating we will not hear your case.

In response some members of the US Military took all of the US Algorythms to enter US Based Corporations to China and they now have access to all US/UK based computers, self destruct weapons for our underground bases, etc.

Thus – at the stroke of a Key Stroke the US Air Traffic Control Towers can be taken off line by China, Russia, Iran, and 8 other nations.

As for the earthquakes that took out Trinidad and Mineral and created the last DC Earthquake – it was proof of this ability by China.

All attempts to disconnect our Underground Self Destruct Nukes form the Net have failed with a detonation – oops.

When your boat is sinking the first thing you do is plug the hole, then you bail it out.

Perhaps we should close the door – stop the VA form selling military records around the world and arrest those responsible for this violation of National Security????

Perhaps CIA/FBI Geniuses we should plug the hole – run my case through the US Supreme Court at Gun Point before we shut down the grid and the economy and your underground bases are either blown, filled with Cyanide Gas or loose power permanently and you die of suffocation?

Do you not see that the BRICS can systematically shut this nation down and blow your Underground Bases?

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist or a weapons development scientist to come to the conclusion, based on this visual evidence alone, that this was no conventional chemical type of destruction.  This damage is clearly the result of a much more exotic energy release than that being reported thus far.

 

A Gen. 4 nuclear device would be small enough and with far less radiation release than previous generation nukes.  The crater evidenced in the videos is indicative of this type of weapon, as is the blast radius and thermal damage.

 

The Rod of God type of orbital release weaponry could also be a possible culprit.

The fire happened to the South of both blasts, approximately centered between them, and was ONLY A FIRE, there is no conceivable way it could produce blasts on both sides of a container lot, separated by over 200 yards. The materials in question simply could not do it. The warehouse that supposedly holding whatever exploded was erased by the large (rod from God or nuclear) blast, as was everything else around that blast.

The crater pictures people posted previously were from the small blast, not the big one, a new picture which clearly shows where the big blast went off just got released by China. After looking through the images of the soviet nuclear tests, the new lake in China appears to have been made by a slightly sub surface burst of at least a 5 kiloton nuclear bomb. There is no way the earthquake from this was in the 2’s. Take a look at the pond made by a test of a small nuclear weapon ground burst in Russia and compare it to that new lake in China, which is many times as big as the pond made by a nuclear test in Russia!

Now we have limited options for this blast, since nothing stored there could have possibly done this.

This was NOT an accident and the fracture pattern around the crater proves a sub ground burst. If it was a sub ground burst,then a small nuclear weapon is the biggest possibility because once a nuke has to push dirt, the blinding flash will not happen. A slightly subsurface detonation would explain why camera sensors did not get strange artifacts. And if it was not a nuke, it was something else incredibly huge, but not a fuel air bomb because fuel air bombs will not leave craters.

A little bit more of a detailed explanation: If the blast happened at ground level, almost all of the energy would go upwards and the blast would not have made a large deep crater, especially one large enough and deep enough to make that lake. If you look to the right hand side of the lake, you can see fracture patterns in the earth, which were caused by the earth being compressed sideways and not downwards. This would only be done with a sub surface blast. After the blast, the earth bounced back towards the center of the lake, which opened up the cracks.

Look closely at the ground around the lake. Those who claimed it was not a nuke cited the fact that if it was, everything around the crater would be vaporized and wiped clean. Now that we have the real crater pic from the big blast, YEP, it matches that perfectly. Take a look at the containers laying in the lower left corner of this picture – they have no paint or color, which means they had the surfaces incinerated by intense heat only a nuke or other super weapon would reach. If this was a carbide blast, they would be black or have their original colors to some degree, complete color change to only gray proves this explosion was FREAKING HOT.

That type and size of blast crater will only happen if a massive bomb goes off a few feet underground, such as a tactical nuke in a drain pipe which leaves scant few alternative options (see Rod from God), No chemical blast did that, PERIOD. The building that is still standing in the upper right hand side of the frame is a typical example of what is left after a nuclear test, concrete buildings seldom get leveled, but they do get gutted by nuclear blasts. Just look through pictures of the soviet nuclear tests and you will see this. Bottom line? The aftermath is completely consistent with a nuclear blast.

I think a glue fire was started as an excuse for this huge blast, which came considerably later. And who knows what made the first big blast, or smaller blasts that led up to it, but I am confident it was a show and not an accident. They wanted this filmed from all angles and set up the show to make sure people would be recording when the big one went off. If there were lots of little blasts before that, why was there not a single small blast after the big one? That is when I would think the small blasts should have started if this entire scenario was not contrived from the start.

What would be the motive for this attack? I don’t buy the currency devaluation, but something else very tasty was going on that a distraction was needed for

  For a crater to be present this would mean either an underground nuclear detonation or some kind of bunker busting weapon. During 9/11 the underground nuclear detonations were each 150kt and the true seismic recording were around 5.6 on the Richter scale not the later figure given as 2.3. During 9/11 no EMP or flash occurred because the blast was initially highly contained within granite rock. The result was a plasma glass sealing of the walls of the craters under the towers which the media fobbed off as some kind of ancient cocooning. If nukes had been planted in Tianjin and detonated then the ground may have been softer than that in New York City and this may result in people seeing more of a nuclear looking explosion on the surface depending on how close to the surface the device was planted. It would be interesting to hear anything on any EMPs within a radius. There is no way this was a mere accident with any chemicals etc. If it comes out that this was a nuclear attack greater than 150kt then we will know instantly that this was a military strike. This was an attack on China and now China should respond along with Russia by quickly bringing in the final parts of the BRICS network and then moving over to the gold trade standard.

  The bankers want to own the world. China was pushing for a gold backed currency. People cite China’s currency devaluation as the reason for this blast, but at only 1.8 percent devaluation (which drives foreign sales by making Chinese products cheaper) I don’t think that would be enough to trigger anything. However, the gold backed currency might, there were also other financial factors that might, and what better way to send China a message to behave than to blow up an absolutely huge port, when China needs functioning ports for exportation of anything at all?
  They are saying the port was #10 in the world to downplay it’s significance, but at #4 in China, it was very important. China will no doubt survive the strike on that port, (will be in business again within a month, the actual docks were not targeted) but wow, what a way to send a message about who is really in charge of things . . . . . . .

  I guess in the end the reasons were irrelevant. The method? If it was a follow up on a nuclear blackmail promise or a “rod from God” the details will not matter, China has been attacked, China is a nuclear armed super power, and China has people to spare. And that leads me to consider a suspect list.

  The short list of nations that could and would do this: My first guess would be Israel, second guess would be Britain (because that is the new base for the Bolsheviks), third (close third) guess would be America. But in reality, when all cards are on the table, this was a tribal affair, it all boils down to that one stinking trouble making tribe . . . . . . any way you cut it, if Hillary needed a diversion for salvation or the bankers were upset about Chinese finance, it all boils down to the same rotten tribe. AND CHINA IS NOT TOO STUPID TO SEE THIS.

  Hmmmm . . . . . things could get interesting . . . . .
