Each mini-second of Krsna's vibes "touching" the tastastha sakti creates a set-point, a unique moment and a resulting interactive eternal structure. The resultant specific unique interactive personal reaction of Sri Krsna with His expanded all pervasive energies is expressed as a unique personal individual ecstatic mood and form, as required to manifest same eternally as an individual person ; the jiva.
When the jiva displays free will like Govinda, but in a fallen or seperatist mood, then a form temporarily manifests to match the desire-body. The original self is never lost, but the soul enters a dream-like status. The jiva can become trapped in such limited forms for some time, interacting with the Krsna's energies, but cut off from the original pure impulse and resultant pure form. But, being eternal, the proper reflection and interaction of Self with Govinda can be restored and thus pure Form restated. That is bhakti yoga.
