position any one in the public would assume allowed him to know every bit of important secret information, I discovered that, even though this official knew thematter was real, that the UFOs were real, he had no access to either past or currentinformation or projects dealing with the ET subject. Again, I was stunned.Ditto for very senior Senate investigators with subpoena power and top secretclearance. Ditto for people at the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Ditto for senior UN peo-ple.
