The philosophy orders that any diksa guru must be a resident of Krishna Loka and must have the order from his guru to have own disciples. The original 11, did not have the order of Srila Prabhupada to be diksa gurus. All can and should be gurus, which means preachers, not having your own disciples.
Srila Prabhupada said in April 22nd and 25th of 1977, that nobody was qualified to be guru. He said that strict vigilance and management are needed so nobody "jumps" to be guru! TKG and others agreed with him.
Srila Prabhupada was asked about initiations for AFTER he would no longer be with us on of May 28th 1977. He said he will choose ritviks to conduct the ceremony and twice, he said that only when he orders, (where is the order?) someone can be a guru with own disciples. This tape was forensically analyzed and it was tampered with by someone in ISKCON. There is no original found as far as I understand it.
On July 9th 1977, Srila Prabhupada named the 11 ritvks in a signed by him document and stated 3 times, that the newly initiated devotees will be HIS disciples. After this, forensic analyzes of tapes and of Srila Prabhupada's hair, and of careful statements about possibly poisoning Srila Prabhupada, made by HIMSELF, made at least one scientist write a letter advising for a criminal investigation on Srila Prabhupada's hair, due to 20 ppm of arsenic found in it. Arsenic poisoning of just I to 5 ppm, can be lethal! You should read the books.,

When Srila Prabhupada asked to be taken out on parikram and his secretaries refused arguing that he may die if taken, interestingly, Srila Prabhupada said to them., "better to be killed by Rama, than killed by Ravana! He actually compared his secretaries to Ravana!
Way before this in the mid 60s, a couple of them, had stolen his type writer and Gita manuscript, to try to print the Gita as their own book! In 1970, the GBC refused to follow the Direction of Management and 4 "sannyasis" kidnaped Srila Prabhupada and had him locked up while planning to take over his ISKCON! Srila Prabhupada forgave them!
In 1974, Srila Prabhupada again ordered via a letter, (we have the original) that the GBC should follow the Direction of Management, but again they refused, so they would have more free control of the devotees and society. All the same people who made all these most violent offenses against Srila Prabhupada from the start of ISKCON, then declared themselves just 3 months after Srila Prabhupada's passing, to be., "as good as Krishna" gurus!!
Of the original 11, at least 6 were suspects to at least be suspects or linked to murders. Three of them, of Srila Prabhupada's murder attempt itself! At least 3 were active pedophiles! (ISKCON had to pay 26 million due to child abuse and molestation!) At least 8 of them were active ladies men!! At least 3 were active illicit drug takers and or dealers!
Then on May 22nd 1986, some of these rascal violent thugs, hunted down like an animal and killed Sulocan dasa in cold blood while he was sleeping! Sulocan dasa was a nice and courageous Prabhupada man. A funny great ex pujari and hard working father of two, who lived for and sacrificed his life for his children and Srila Prabhupada, and nothing else. He was murdered, because he got a hold of a copy of Srila Prabhupada's letters that were kept hidden from the devotees, and used these letters (Srila Prabhupada own writings) to expose the violent against Srila Prabhupada thugs posing as gurus.

Sulocana das was way ahead of his time. He was willing to pay with his life, to help us catch up with the great violence against Srila Prabhupada that was going on.
You would think that devotees of the Lord, would after 37 and 29 years repent of the great and most violent injustices against Srila Prabhupada and Sulocan dasa prabhu and but no way, after all this time, they are guests of honor and Srila Prabhupada festivals and not one second of silence has been promoted by them for Srila Prabhupada and Sulocan dasa prabhu in all that time!!
In his last will and testament, Srila Prabhupada orders that 3 to 5 executive directors are to be had in each ISKCON property., "provided" Srila Prabhupada orders, "they are MY initiated disciples."
These are some of the reasons why we follow the ritvik system for initiations and help Srila Prabhupada reach more to go back home to Godhead. No one nor nothing can move us from such footing. The only choice of any half sane man or woman, is to join Srila Prabhupada and his more sincere and real followers and disciples. The mad men and women, of course won't understand nor qualify to do so.
