E= Mc2 One can say, mass is frozen energy. Sri Krsna is "sarva karana karanam", the originating cause, or energetic principle. "Jivera swarupa haya, nityera krsnadasa", the soul has the eternal spiritual form of krsna dasa.
Just as Krsna's otherwise unrestricted unlimited energy becomes frozen to take the form of mass, ie the "solid" world around us, in the same way the otherwise naturally spiritual jiva, son of God, becomes restricted and locked, frozen ! due to the influence of false ego, which restricts the movements and activities of those who fall under it's thick spell, in the form of so many karma-bodies, such as humans, monkeys, zebras, etc. ( sources; HDG Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Prabhupada, A.C. Being encapsulated by gross matter is like dragging oneself through mud, or walking chest deep in water, everything is unnaturally restricted, almost frustrating , even painful, depending upon how anxious one is to move. It can prove frightening or depressing, even madddening, for the stunned deluded embodied prisonned soul-energy.
But just see! The geese fly despite the wind and the blowing rains of late fall. The sun rises and brightens the day despite the dakness of the clouds. The devotees rise and chant, know no limits, despite the opposition set before us.
Even though there is homogenized disorganization among the atoms, "entropy, and homeostasis", yet they become arranged into forms of function and beauty by the very presence of this supremely organizing principle person known as Godhead! The superior energy cannot be held down in oblivion for long.
So, we can say, there is indeed a superior energy to the dull matter, "beyond this dull matter is a superior realm which is all pervasive and eternal" - Sri Krsna, Gita As It Is, paraphrased; an energy which strives for light and goodness, and yes, for love, despite all obstacles or opposition, and in an unabashedly heroic fashion! And wins.
Nothing can stop the nature of Spirit, the nature of Sri Krsna, the Seed-Giving Father. His nature is to seek for love and the best lover is Srimati Radharani, and her servitors expand her always-absolutely-positive divine qualities and loving mercy.
This same Spirit of unabashed positivity and love-choosing appears as Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Sri Guru, to demonstrate that we are not meant to be forever squashed into the material poison- punch bowl, that by consciously choosing to ally ourselves with the very Spirit of Life, and accept eternal engagement as Their ambassadors and servants, we fulfill our natural heroic natures as higher energies. We fulfill our purpose of life!

By such practice, we remain in contact with the liberated energy of Godhead, and become ourselves reawakened to our naturally blissful deathless state.
