Satsvarupa: "Then our next question concerns initiation IN THE FUTURE, particularly at a time when you are NO LONGER WITH US. We want to know how 1ST & 2ND INITIATION would be conducted." Prabhupada: "Yes. I shall recommend some of you...I shall recommend some of you to act as officiating acaryas...

Pancali Devi Dasi ...(continue) Tamal Krishna Gosvami: "Is that called RITVIK-ACARYA?" Prabhupada: "RITVIK, YES."....The term Ritvik acarya means one who is surpose to act as an officiating priest. They perform initiation on behalf of another...Srila Prabhupada...This was Prabhupadas final instruction on initiations.

Pancali Devi Dasi So why the hell do we have so many who are acting as a bona fide acarya accepting their own disciples, with no mention of ritvik initiation at the time when one is initiated. Why are so many outright disregarding Prabhupadas direct order and why the hell are so many allowing them to?

Pancali Devi Dasi Those who accept the bogus guru as bona fide has a dark future ahead of them as confirmed by Bhaktivinoda Thakura in the Caitanya Bhagavata where He says, "Those who accept the position of guru when not qualified go to the darkest regions of hell and their disciples go with them"...

Pancali Devi Dasi My advice to those who accept the goru as bona fide guru is simply this...Take shelter of Prabhupada via His transcendental vani, as He is your well wisher and He will never cheat you...If one follows His full instructions then He will help you from within as your personal guide...AGTSP...

Rishikesh Sahani His instruction regarding initiations is crystal clear as we can see here. But we see that there are many who just can't accept it. They will give all kind of interpretations like current link, previous Acharyas didn't do it etc etc.... It is nothing more than simply denying to accept His Divine Grace's instruction AS IT IS. They fail to understand that He is the authority.

Pancali Devi Dasi They consider Srila Prabhupada as no longer "living" which means "dead" I am just wondering where throughout the Vedas it mentions that Guru dies I see many mentions where Prabhupada says "guru NEVER dies" and that "He will remain our personal guidance, present or not physically present"...

Pancali Devi Dasi I have also seen many mentions where vani should be taken as the physical presents of the spiritual master, and vani is more impressionable than vapuh as it is eternal, but no mentions that "Guru dies" Perhaps this comes from the GBC Purana...lol...

Pancali Devi Dasi I also recall many mentions of the Gaudiya Math "jumping over the Guru's head" and disobeying Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, and where Prabhupada clearly ask for His disciples not to repeat history. Simple really. Even my children get it...kali yuga rites just wanna make everything complicated..

Pancali Devi Dasi ..."The western disease is people always wanna make changes" Sad its even going on amongst those who are surpose to know better and lead the way by fine example to where others will want to follow.

“The Guru is not an erring mortal whose activities can be understood by the fallible reason of unreclaimed humanity. There is an eternally impassable line of demarcation between the Saviour and the saved. Those who are really saved can alone know this.” ( Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura Srila Prabhupada)

“Only unto those great souls who simultaneously have implicit faith in both the Lord and the Spiritual Master are all the imports of Vedic knowledge automatically revealed.” Svetsvatara Upanisad 6.23

"From now on unless I order you do something change or in addition, go on with the usual standard way."

His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada once remarked to his disciples, "You must become a general like me. I cannot be defeated."

Śrīla Prabhupāda Says - [On leadership in his ISKCON society]

"...after you, who will take the leadership?" And "Everyone will take, all my disciples. If you want, you can take also. (laughter) But if you follow. They are prepared to sacrifice everything, so they'll take the leadership. I may, one, go away, but there will be hundreds, and they'll preach. If you want, you can also become a leader. We have no such thing, that 'Here is leader.' Anyone who follows the previous leadership, he's a leader. 'Indian,' we have no such distinction, 'Indian,' 'European.' "

Brahmānanda: They wanted an Indian to be the leader?

Prabhupāda: Yes. (laughs) "Everyone, all my disciples, they are leaders. As purely as they follow, they become leader. If you want to follow, you can become a leader. You are Indian. But you don't want." I told them that.

Tamāla Kṛṣṇa: Yes, they probably wanted to propose somebody who would take over our movement.

Prabhupāda: Yes. Leaders. All nonsense. Leader means one who has become first-class disciple. He is leader. Evaṁ paramparā-prāpta... One who is perfectly following... Our instruction is ara na kariha mane asa **. You know this? What is that? Guru-mukha-padma-vākya, cittete kariyā aikya, ara na kariha mane asa **.

Who is leader? A leader, to become leader, is not very difficult, provided one is prepared to follow the instructions of a bona fide guru.
