When the self is freed of so many pains, then magical transformations can happen. Ecstasy of devotional life, and bhavas as a mercy, transforms the bhaktas. We can stop psychically cringing to avoid all the madness and pains, so much all the time, then the natural happy loving Self can emerge a little, and thus we advance towards liberation in full.
