In a traditional culture, a person knows what is expected of them , knows the standards, can do the needful and be rewarded with love and access to more. In modern cultures, many of these turning points in a person's life have been removed or made so flexible that no one knows what is normal anymore, and so there is constant anxiety and self-doubt. The human needs these constant small goals and the rewards socially that come from an adequate degree of cooperation, and thus wisdom and knowledge gained over centuries is used in our favor. When these sign posts and rewards are removed, the individual is no longer rooted nor sure, and so is easily controlled and steered into new demonic paradigms, such as atheist communism, perversions, addictions, fanaticism, politicization, etc..
