You don't have to worry. You are fine being your pure spiritual self, and once obtained, by dint of penance and study and japa and great Grace, by dint of service in maturity, your Creator will be happy to see His sons and daughters feeling no animosity towards others, no selfishness and false pride, and so one swims in a pleasant ocean of blessed acceptance and auspiciousness and love.
And if you want your Dearmost Friend again, and you many friends and associates, and pleasant pastures and freedom to give and love, and feel perfect well being and cry tears of pleasure to hear the kirtan vibrated , Gopal and Radha Gopinatha and Nanda Yasoda , they are there. When you are ready... and your time is up. Pray for forgiveness and mercy, but try to understand and do some spontaneous regulated service out of affection.

What we experience as devotees is love of God mixed heavily with the secondary rasas of chivalry, anger, horror, astonishment, Humor ! devastation and ghastliness, etc so it is a heavy flow of rasa, like nectar mixed with hard acid rock music, or mild poisons or something heavy. It is relishable ,like chutney that is too hot, but one tastes it as a rare treat, not hopefully as a steady diet ? That would be asking too much. Even a connisseuer or a volunteer has to go home sometimes !
Sri Krsna sees and also feels everything we experience, so are we dragging Them through hell or higher waters? Are They dragging us, and why? That is quite an individual matter, one which if explored can shed a lot of excess ego weight.
