Under Maha maya, or karma one might say, the rules are exact and cannot budge at all. Under yoga may, all this is harmonized. Many purposes are served at once; Varuna got to see Krsna and Balarama, there was this nice pastime, Krsna and Balarama enjoyed, and displayed an auspicious activity to deliver and please us also, even in this distant time.

Krsna's lilas are ongoing at all times.  Pastimes are going on now, in the material universes or in Goloka dhama. Thus, any ecstatic moment goes on forever.

Similarly, many of Lord Nityananda;s men were granted a type of omniscience for the sake of service, beyond merely extraordinary powers, such as great strength, not eating or sleeping for days , dancing and laughing, and thus serving Nityananda Prabhu, Servant of Lord Caitanya.
