Tina Marie Kirner The problem is when one suggest that woman should be chaste maidservants to their husbands they automatically see this as slave mentality. They assume to serve the husband means bare-foot and pregnant in the kitchen,,,lol,,,
But I am living proof of a chaste wife who serves her husband with great attentiveness, who has adjusted her mentality to suit his and who serves his every desire according to regulative principles. I am so happy, well taken care of, protected like Lord Nrsimha resides personally in my home and I want for nothing. Not many wives can say that their husband is literally her very best friend. But I can smile emoticon

This is all because when my husband and I became close he stated to me "If you want to have a relationship with me you must read Prabhupada's Books at least 3 times" His reasoning was he did not want a mindless puppet smile emoticon for a wife. So I did read and I still read and via reading Prabhupada's books, letters, conversations, morning walks, lectures etc etc etc He has taught me how to please my husband so our family life is blissful.

And this is devotional service and boasting a little this is where I excel: Serving the feet of Krsna's devotee, my husband SrilaPrabhupada Siddhanta Das.
