Question ; Can you think of any large important aspect of societies, such as food, that does not have professional people managing or regulating ?

Similarly, all the important functions of this universe have professional persons running or working with them. Weather and gravity are examples. We Vaisnavas call the authorized working managers DEVAS or demigods. God Himself arranges their appointments, so they are His people and should be shown proper respect and consideration and service. They have individual names and lives, and most fill positions that have a beginning and an end, like any other workers, but on a much more powerful level than most of us.
