Ever since about age 15, having read "Club of Rome" publications by panels of sociologists, biologists and other scientists attempting to create a broad-based predictive program for the future, I have been aware of their mathematical models which all culminate in a predicted collapse of modern civilization and a massive die-off of humans, sometime within the 21st century.
This same type of bio-model is used daily to predict population changes of various species
"in the field". For example, we can predict the numbers of wolves on an island, once we know the number of rabbits and other food resources, as well as their patterns of reproduction, these interacting and thus leading to population change. Example of relevant factors in this example would be such as ; how many pups per pregnancy, and ease of access to tasty rabbits. As the rabbits increase, the food availability for wolves increases. As the wolves now increase, the rabbits reduce in number. The food now is reduced, wolves die

When I was a young lad, I did not do what I wanted to do. I wanted to run free, to be part of the trees and the grass and the rivers and birds. I knew instinctively who I was. I wanted that natural happiness, to live free of unwanted imposing structures not of my designs.

1) The word "ritvik" (meaning "priest") and its derivatives actually have 31 separate references in Srila Prabhupada's books, only slightly less than the word "diksa" and its derivatives, which has 41 separate references in Srila Prabhupada books. Certainly, the use of ritvik priests to assist in ceremonies is a concept fully sanctioned in Srila Prabhupada's books:

Jan 12, 2021 — CANADA (SUN) — The Disappearance day of Sri Locana Dasa Thakura is observed on January 13th.

Lochan Das Thakur was born in 1523 in Kogram, in the Katwa block of Burdwan district. This village is about ten miles north of Guskara train station. The Thakur's home is situated near the Ajaya River.

His birth tithi is given by some as the first day of the fortnight of the waxing moon in Paush. He was born in the Rarha clan of the physician caste (vaidya). His father's name was Kamalakar Das, his mother's Sadanandi. Lochan Das studied at his maternal grandfather's house. He displayed devotion for Mahaprabhu from his childhood.

Lochan Das was married at a very early age, according to the customs of that époque. Since he had been married so young, his wife first remained with her parents in the village of Amedpur Kakuta. As he grew older, Lochan showed a highly renounced attitud

Mother Mahaganga devi dasi, of Sivananda Ashrama, and follower of Srila Prabhupada, left her body for Goloka Vrndavana today at Calgary, Canada. Jan. 10, 2021. She leaves one daughter, a nice devotee, and many friends and admirers. Her husband, M. Larocque, passed away some years ago. She led a brahminical creative pious ascetic life, full of music and yoga and worship of Godhead. She departed with Srila Prabhupada and kirtana and her beloved devotee daughter nearby chanting.  Gauranga ! Her Deity is seen in the photo.

Misdirected energy leads to dead ends. Latch a-hold firmly instead, to constancy in divine devotional service, as that will last and grow ever more satisfying in your esteem and appreciation, come what may, with no barriers or loss. "Unto those who are steady in their devotion, I give the knowledge by which they can come to Me." Sri Krsna, Bhagavada Gita As It Is. "In this endeavor, there is no loss." All things and beings are within His grasp and realm and control, and when we act willfully and sincerely in knowledge, in accordance with His Will, then that is pure Krsna consciousness, and the source of immortality.
