BG Chapters 1 - 6
There are three degrees of covering of the living entity by which his pure consciousness is obscured. This covering is but lust under different manifestations like smoke in the fire, dust on the mirror, and the womb about the embryo. When lust is compared to smoke, it is understood that the fire of the living spark can be a little perceived. In other words, when the living entity exhibits his Kṛṣṇa consciousness slightly, he may be likened to the fire covered by smoke. Although fire is necessary where there is smoke, there is no overt manifestation of fire in the early stage. This stage is like the beginning of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. The dust on the mirror refers to a cleansing process of the mirror of the mind by so many spiritual methods. The best process is to chant the holy names of
Brahmānanda: These particles that they have just recently found, the life-span is incredibly small---one-millionth of a trillionth of a second.
Prabhupāda: Yes.
Brahmānanda: That's their life-span.
Prabhupāda: Yes. Life...
Dr. Patel: How they measured it?
Prabhupāda: Whatever they say, we have to believe. That's all. [laughter] Except Kṛṣṇa, we shall believe everything. When Kṛṣṇa says something = "No, no, these are all fictitious. There is no Kṛṣṇa, and these are all imagination." And as a rascal says, "Oh, this is scientific." This is going on. So we are not so fools that we shall believe these scientific rascals. We believe Kṛṣṇa. That's all. This is Kṛṣṇa consciousness. We are not going to believe the scientific rascals.

HDGSP comments on the subject '' FALSE GURUS ''---
Reporter: I wondered how many people you think might have been taken in by fake gurus.
Srila Prabhupada: Practically everyone. [Laughter.] There is no question of counting. Everyone.
Reporter: This would mean thousands of people, wouldn't it?
Srila Prabhupada: Millions. Millions have been cheated, because they want to be cheated. God is omniscient. He can understand your desires. He is within your heart, and if you want to be cheated, God sends you a cheater.

Unfortunately, when the äcärya disappears, rogues and nondevotees take advantage and immediately begin to introduce unauthorized principles in the name of so-called svämés, yogés, philanthropists, welfare workers and so on. The main business of human society is to think of the Supreme Personality of Godhead at all times, to become His devotees, to worship the Supreme Lord and to bow down before Him. Srila Prabhupada Evening Darsana February 15, 1977, Mayapura) Don't be disappointed. Kṛṣṇa will act through His movement and kill them, these demons. How it will be done, that you cannot know now, but it will be done. Let us remain true soldiers. That's all. And if it is a fight, suppose we die in the fight. The fight means with vow, with determination either to gain victory or die. Because it is fight against māyā, why we shall be afraid of being killed? Where there is fight ,one must know that "Either I am going to be killed or gain victory." Jīvo vā māro vā. Those who are devotees, either they live or they die—the same thing. While they live they are serving Kṛṣṇa; when they die they will serve Kṛṣṇa. Jīvo vā māro vā. Tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma naiti mām eti (BG 4.9). He goes to Kṛṣṇa. (laughs) So what is the loss? We are working for Kṛṣṇa, and if we die we go to Kṛṣṇa. So what is the loss? Same business.

Sudip Nair said; almost the entire population of young devotees get preached to remain humble, not criticize and not expose anything with the fear of committing Vaisnava Apradha. The poisoners use this tactic to keep them under their control so that no one sees through their deception. And even 99.99% of them ....., have no guts to openly expose the poisoners with the fear of getting...... blocked"

Joshua Davis “It is the duty of the disciples to take charge of the mission of the spiritual master and execute it properly. Otherwise the disciple should decide to die along with the spiritual master. In other words, to execute the will of the spiritual master, the disciple should be prepared to lay down his life and abandon all personal considerations.”

"I joined ISKCON in 1971. I know this movement.. I noticed the erosion of ISKCON about a year after the departure of Srila Prabhupada. The leaders of ISKCON are deemed as criminals by many. Srila Prabhupada once made a statement in the early seventies; many of you are here in the garbs of a devotee, but you are here to destroy - demons from the lower planetary system have taken birth on this planet just to destroy this movement. We were all bewildered by this statement of Srila Prabhupada - We wondered who were these people? Well, now we know." (Jivadhara Dasa ACBSP. New York USA - BTP Issue 42)

The demons who challenge Kṛṣṇa, who want to compete with Kṛṣṇa, who want to share with the property of Kṛṣṇa, they are all enemies of Kṛṣṇa, and they should be killed.....So rea

Simple truth; Srila Prabhupada wished us to carry on much as the Christians do, with Jesus acarya. He set up ritviks to do initiations for him in the early seventies, and asked us not to change anything. He said that his disciples are to always remain in control of all his properties and rights. He told Cayavana Swami that he would have MILLIONS of disciples. He also appointed eleven ritivks on Tamaljudases' and the demonjews pushing, this confirmed by eye witnesses; ritivks, not gurus. So, its all setttled, we continue on as always. Any who disagree, be at peace. I will not even speak to you any more, waste of time.

The Art of Management...
"Do not centralise anything. Each temple must remain independent and self sufficient. That was my plan from the beginning… why are you thinking otherwise. Once before you wanted to do something centralising with your meeting and if I did not interfere the whole thing would have been killed.
Krsna consciousness movement is for training people to be independently thoughtful and competent in all types of departments of knowledge and action… not for making bureaucracy.
Once there is bureaucracy the whole thing will be spoiled. There must be individual striving and work and responsibility, competitive spirit, not that one shall dominate and distribute benefits to the others and they do nothing but beg from you and you provide.
The point is to be engaged in doing something for Krsna, never mind what is that job, but being so engaged in doing something so satisf
In his svarūpāveśa Śrī Raghunātha has a vision of his devotional service and when the vision vanishes he prays:
“Ayi Kuśale! O all-auspicious Svāmini! When will You enter the kitchen after washing Your feet and offering Your obeisances to Vrajeśvarī Yaśodā and other superiors?”
The maidservant changes Śrīmatī’s clothes and ornaments and dresses Her in clothes that are fit for use in the kitchen. Śrī Raghunātha clearly perceives this pastime.
During visualization it appears as if it is directly happening, but after the vision subsides, one considers: “Oh, that wasn’t real – it was just a vision!”
Then with piteous cries one prays again. Then the meditation appears again as if it is directly happening. In this way the līlā smaraṇa gradually continues.
When a sensitive devotee hears and recites this he will think:
“Aho! Blessed is Śrī Dāsa Gosvāmī! He was totally free from bodily consciousness when he fell on th

Happiness is fleeting. I hate when people ask "are you happy" because it is ephemeral. Better to be content. Am I content? Not always, but I am working on it. I judge a religion by its followers. Srila Prabhupada's REAL disciples all work to make the world better in some way, to lift up the fallen, to spread that ephemeral happiness by sankirtana. Some of my fondest memories are sankirtana. Our religion is about IMPROVING ourselves. We will never be perfect in the material world. That is why we try to fix our mind on Krishna, to get to the spiritual world where we CAN be perfect, and happiness is NOT ephemeral. So, improve, be content, because God owns EVERYTHING. What you have is a gift. treasure it, and pass it along. I guess, I remember a lot of homeless in the temple on feast days. Who later became devotees. I honestly cannot see that happening today. And I am thinking of the middle "80s, even AFTER Srila Prabhupada's death. This outreach, however wa

"I am very pleased that you have gone to that place simply on my order, alone, to preach the message of Lord Caitanya. I like this kind of spirit in you very much. You know I went to your country also alone, in old age, because of the order given to me by my spiritual master. So I get great pleasure when I see my own disciples from America going to far off places leaving their rich nation with all facilities and their families, to preach. The secret of success in spiritual life is to satisfy one's spiritual master. This is the essence. You have captured this. So now go on in this way and do not falter. Follow the regulative principles and devotional practices I have given you. This will keep you fit. Be patient and determined, and ask everyone you meet to please chant Hare Krsna."

"I CAME HERE TO TAKE THEIR SUFFERING", SAID PRABHUPADA
It was the beginning of 1977. Prabhupada was in Bombay temple. He was very sick. He had stopped all food intake – he was taking 1/4 a cup of orange juice per day. His body had only bones left – there was no flesh. And yet, he was insisting that he wanted to go to London. The doctors had given up responsibility. But as always, he was adamant
At this time, one Pancaratrika Pandit from Bangalore named Sampat Kumar Bhattacarya came to know about Srila Prabhupada’s situation. So, he took a flight from Bangalore to Bombay – which in those days was a huge thing for a Brahmin priest – and met Prabhupada, and asked for a private meeting. Generally, nobody was allowed a private meeting, but when he said that he specially came by flight from Bangalore to meet Srila Prabhupada, he was allowed a private meeting. So, everybody was asked to go out, and they talked.
The conversation was like this: Sampat Kumar: ‘Swamiji, I am feeling very pained

Hayagriva: This is the continuation of the notations on Descartes.
Prabhupada: Hm?
Hayagriva: Descartes, Rene Descartes, the French… Descartes writes, “The power of forming a good judgment and of distinguishing the true from the false, which is, properly speaking, what is called good sense or reason, is by nature equal in all men. God has given to each of us some light with which to distinguish truth from error.” Now in the West this has been called conscience, and Descartes uses the term “reason.” Now is this simply a form of mental speculation, or is the…
Prabhupada: No. Mental speculation should be there. It is not actually speculation but it is reasoning. Just like if we study our own body, whether I am this lump of matter, namely this skin, bone and stool, urine and muscle and blood… If we analyze this body we find practically these things. So the reasoning is that
