Srila Prabhupada said "You must take diksha!" He travelled the world doing dikshas. He appointed ritivks to do dikshas. He said dont change anything. All our acaryas did dikshas, but you have no process yourself being unqualified, so you say not necessary to take diksha. You are making this nonsense up. (to VADIRAJ) .
The bhakti train runs on two rails; bhagavata dharma and pancaratriki vaidhi, ie pure spirit life, and formal rules etc. for us in this world and culture. You are wrecking our train with this nonsense! Brahmanas are to guide, and they are all duly initiated, not just "read some books."

Krishna Consciousness Movement is for training men to be independently thoughtful and competent in all types of departments of knowledge and action, not for making bureaucracy. Once there is bureaucracy the whole thing will be spoiled. Many arguments are made in this respect, that as long as we don't cut the animal we do not incur sin.

The Gosvāmīs, they also, when they were in Vṛndāvana, they never said that “I have seen Kṛṣṇa.” Although they were the most perfect, they never said that “I have seen Kṛṣṇa.” Their prayers were like this: he rādhe! vraja-devīke! he nanda-suno! kutaḥ. He rādhe, Rādhārāṇī, he rādhe! vraja-devīke! ca. Rādhārāṇī does not remain alone. He (She) remains always with His (Her) friends, vraja-devī, Lalitā or Viśākha and other damsels of Vṛndāvana. Prabhupada: Yes. Acarya is explained, bhakti-samsanah: “One who’s preaching the cult of devotional service, he’s acarya.” Then why should you find any discrepancy?
Jayadvaita: Because we see … For instance, sometimes the acarya may seem to forget something or not to know something, so from our point of view, if someone has forgotten, that is an imperfection.
