Prabhupāda: You have to die. Stop this death; then there is credit. If I become proprietor of the house, that is credit. And if I am living for four days, if they give concession, "All right, you can live two days more," is that very great benefit? I'll have to leave it. Similarly, you will have to die, today or tomorrow. It doesn't matter.
Indian man: But only [indistinct] can stop this death...

Prabhupāda: Nobody is... Rascals and fools will that = "I'll not die today. Tomorrow I shall die." [laughter] This is rascal. This is rascal. These things will be done by the rascals. "I'll not die today. I'll die tomorrow." This is rascaldom.

We have no stock except chanting. But why do we talk of philosophy? Because
the fools want to talk of philosophy. Otherwise, there is no need of talking
philosophy. Simply by chanting, everything is complete.

So somebody protests like that. But there is no meaning of protesting against the action of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That is our view. So we Vaiṣṇavas, we are chanting.
It does not mean that when there is need of fighting with avaiṣṇava (non-vaishnava) we shall lack in strength. We can fight. One gentleman inquired from me that 'Vaiṣṇavism makes one dull. He cannot act.' And, 'No. You have not seen a Vaiṣṇava.' In the two fightings, great fighting, the Rāmāyaṇa and Mahābhārata, the hero was Hanuman and Arjuna, and they fought.
Guest: They fought.
Prabhupada: Yes. And who can be better Vaiṣṇava than them?
Guest: Nobody.
Prabhupada: So Vaiṣṇava does not mean he is dull. No.
Guest: No, that is well proved. If there is need...

HDGSP remarked the day BEFORE the appointment tape of may 28,1977---

Prabhupada: Everywhere. Among yourselves, there is no strong man. That is the defect. All like child. That is the defect. And it requires a very strong man. That is lacking. In every minute details I have poked my nose.

Yamunā: Swāmījī, Jānakī-devī wrote me this very nice letter where she had a dream that there was a gigantic platform above the surface of the earth, and all of our devotees, our Godbrothers and -sisters and you, were assembled on this gigantic platform for saṅkīrtana.
And we had such a thunderous joy, magnificent kīrtana, that the whole earth... When you said, "Jaya oṁ paraṁ paramahaṁsa," the whole earth bowed down to you like this. And we were all crying, so happy. And you said, "Now my Guru Mahārāja is satisfied." That was her dream.
Prabhupāda: Thank you very much. Yes. Thank you for your dreaming like that. It is very pleasing to me. Yes, I want to see like that. That dreaming is also nice.

PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE?

Everything is happening in the "present" for Krishna, to Him there is no past or future. This maybe hard to understand for some.

Srila Prabhupada - "Kṛṣṇa is always there. So where is the past, present, future?

Five thousand years is a very long time, but for Kṛṣṇa five millions years, or trillions of years has no meaning, He has no past or future, for Him there is only the eternal present.

Kṛṣṇa has no past, present. Vedāhaṁ samatītāni [Bg. 7.26] = He knows past, present, EVERYTHING.

Here is it said -

bahūni me vyatītāni
janmāni tava cārjuna
tāny ahaṁ veda sarvāṇi
[Bg. 4.5]

How can Krsna be old? He also Krsna knows EVERYTHING!

Everything means the "eternal presents" for Kṛṣṇa. So there is no question of past, present and future." (8th February, 1974, Vrindavana)

Conclusion -

Past, Present and Future only exists in the material creation causing constant decay and impermanence .

Whereas in Vaikuntha and

''The one point is that without increasing the number of disciples, there is no propagation of the cult of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Therefore, sometimes even at a risk, a sannyāsī in the line of Caitanya Mahāprabhu may accept even a person who is not thoroughly fit to become a disciple. Later on, by the mercy of such a bona fide spiritual master, the disciple is gradually elevated. However, if one increases the number of disciples simply for some prestige or false honor, he will surely fall down in the matter of executing Kṛṣṇa consciousness.'' nod/7

Srimad Bhagavatam 12.3.51in Mayapur on 17-02-2018. Kali-yuga is an ocean of faults but there is a great benediction given to the people of this age: the congregational chanting of the Holy Names of the Lord. There is no way to overestimate the potency of this Sankirtana-Yajna! The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna Bhagavan Himself descended on this planet as Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu to establish this Yuga Dharma which is available to all without limitation of sex, race, nationality, age, varna, asrama etc.

Eivind Morland said; Prabhupāda: "With gun and without gun, you will die. The Fascist will die and the other party also will die. Gun or without gun, he cannot exist. But our fight is to stop death. Tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma naiti mām eti [Bg. 4.9]. Our fight is for this purpose—no more death. This is real fight. Your…, what is your fight? You may save yourself for two years or three years or ten years, but you have to die. You have no such program not to die. But here is a

Prabhupāda: Kṛṣṇa's grace is always there, but we spoil Kṛṣṇa's grace. That is our business. "But Kṛṣṇa is giving us so much grace. Let us spoil it." That is our proposal. If there was no Kṛṣṇa's grace, how this institution would have come into existence? It was not possible, such a big institution, all by one man's endeavor, starting with forty rupees. Simply Kṛṣṇa's grace. So don't spoil that. This... This... That's not good. Then Kṛṣṇa will not help. Just like the father gives you money. If you squander that, He'll be very sorry. Tat te 'nukampāṁ susamīkṣamāṇaḥ (SB 10.14.8). "Oh, Kṛṣṇa is so kind by giving me this opportunity." You should take things like that, not that "For nothing the father has given me so much money. Let me squander it."

"Pure items are rare. Because they are not easily attainable, there is less demand for them. People tend not to respect them. Pure devotees are rare. Therefore, there is no appreciation, demand, or respect for those who do not misguide people but are busy trying to attract them toward the Lord by introducing them to sankirtana and hari-katha. At present, it's faishonable to be cheated by those who, in the name of religion, misguide people. Real devotees do not speak to please their audiences. They do not cheat people. Rather, pure devotees expose the defects of cheaters who love to compromise. Only those who are fortunate learn to be cautious after hearing the saints' words. Although the words of real devotees may appear to contradict our present taste and experience, they are nevertheless most auspicious for us.
Demand for pure things is less and demand for the impure is high. Wine is sold at every street corner, whereas cow milk is sold only i

CC Madhya 1.220, Translation and Purport: In accordance with the instructions of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, the two brothers, Rūpa and Sanātana, immediately touched the lotus feet of these Vaiṣṇavas, who all became very happy and congratulated the two brothers for having received the mercy of the Lord.

This behavior is indicative of real Vaiṣṇavas. When they saw that Rūpa and Sanātana were fortunate enough to receive the mercy of the Lord, they were so pleased that they all congratulated the two brothers. A jealous person in the dress of a Vaiṣṇava is not at all happy to see the success of another Vaiṣṇava in receiving the Lord’s mercy. Unfortunately, in this Age of Kali there are many mundane persons in the dress of Vaiṣṇavas, and Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura has described them as disciples of Kali.

He says, kali-celā. He indicates that there is another Vaiṣṇava, a pseudo Vaiṣṇava with tilaka on his nose and kaṇṭhī beads around his neck. Such a pseudo Vaiṣṇava associates with mo

Many arguments are made in this respect, that as long as we don't cut the animal we do not incur sin.

In the Mahabharata, there is a verse which states that one who sells the animal, one who buys the animal, one cuts the animal, one who cooks the animal, one who serves the animal and one who eats the animal, all are bound equally by the chain of Karma.

But leaving the spiritual aspect of it, anatomically, the human body is not structured to eat animal flesh. Studies have shown the length of the intestine of a tiger is 4 times the length of it's torso so when it eats flesh the toxins in the flesh are not kept for long in the intestine and are expelled at the earliest. Also the concentration of acid secreted in the stomach is so strong that it burns the bacteria in the flesh. While in the cow, the length of the intestine is 12 times it's torso and so the food takes longer time to be expelled from the body. We have seen that the incidence of the Mad Cow disease (bovine spongi

Prabhupāda : And there is no God? What a nonsense. If things are... Just like when you pass through a house, sometimes if you don't see—the house is not properly taken care of, or there is no light in front of the house, there are so many garbages, we immediately say, "Oh, there is no man in this house." And as soon as you see house is very nicely kept, there is light and the garden is kept, we understand there is a man. So this is common sense. If things are going on, everything is going on so nicely, how you can say there is no management, there is no brain? How you can say? What is this nonsense? How you can say there is no God?

nityo nityanam, cetanas cetananam, eko bahunam,  yo viddahati kaman

Among the eternals there is one originating Supreme Eternal. All things emanate from Him, Godhead. In Canada,  we're having much snow, blowing winds, deep winter today.

The snow is like a blanket, like an expression of the soothing agent of yogamaya. Godhead protects us and covers us over by dreams of beauty and love, and the snow here reflects a restricted yet similar degree of that quality of His. It gently coordinates all under its rubric of snow-related activities, blanketting the world, street and stream, evenly and without discrimination. Similarly, the spiritual sky is controlled by loving service under the coordinating creative efforts of Yoga Maya ie Smt. Paurnamasi, Tulsi Devi et al.

But like Maha maya, the snow also blurs vision, so that one can see just a few blocks, then past that, all is gray. The materially embodied soul similarly experiences time as blind, he sees only a limited scope of the world around

"9468763694?profile=originalI CAME HERE TO TAKE THEIR SUFFERING", SAID PRABHUPADA

It was the beginning of 1977. Prabhupada was in Bombay temple. He was very sick. He had stopped all food intake – he was taking 1/4 a cup of orange juice per day. His body had only bones left – there was no flesh. And yet, he was insisting that he wanted to go to London. The doctors had given up responsibility. But as always, he was adamant

At this time, one Pancaratrika Pandit from Bangalore named Sampat Kumar Bhattacarya came to know about Srila Prabhupada’s situation. So, he took a flight from Bangalore to Bombay – which in those days was a huge thing for a Brahmin priest – and met Prabhupada, and asked for a private meeting. Generally, nobody was allowed a private meeting, but when he said that he specially came by flight from Bangalore to meet Srila Prabhupada, he was allowed a private meeting. So, everybody was asked to go out, and they talked.

The conversation was like this: Sampat Kumar: ‘Swamiji, I am feeling very pained
